“I really enjoyed working with Steve and Jim at Select Motors in Erie, PA. They are such kind, genuine people and truly care about what they’re selling and who they’re selling to. You can tell they put the customer first. I just purchased my second car from them, and the whole process was easy and completely stress-free. They genuinely cared about making the experience a good one, which is what made it so enjoyable. If you get the chance to work with them, you’ll understand. They care about their cars and, more importantly, their customers. By far one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. It’s not your typical full-blown dealership. It feels more personal, and that makes all the difference.”

“Ill start this by saying this car lot hasn't been around this long for no reason. For many years I've seen QUALITY vehicles come and go very quickly and word around town backs all that up. Told myself one day im going to buy a family vehicle from there. We'll here i am on this day I purchased a 2019 Yukon and let's say im not disappointed. Truck is prestine. Tim helped us in many ways to make this possible as well as co worker Krysta. I would recommend to anyone. Their character, patience, respect, responsiveness and just well rounded people speaks VOLUMES”

“Was recommended by large car dealer in Waterford. Stopped by and got a quote to repair rust on both quarter panels and surface rust on bottom of doors. Shop was clean and organized, very professional. Scheduled a date and dropped off van. They cut-out the rust in quarter panels and welded in new metal, primed and painted. Sanded surface rust and painted. VERY happy with the workmanship. Price was competitive and fair. Understand that NO body shop in Erie County will give a guarantee on rust repairs. Our weather, and winters, are TOO harsh. Orsini does GOOD work!!!”

“Being 6'6", I don't much care about make and models, only that the vehicle is comfortable, affordable, and safe. The people at Tropical patiently let me sit in about a dozen vehicles before I found one that fit like a glove. They were polite, patient, and above all, professional. They paid for a full tank of gas, and my first oil change. I can not recommend this nice little dealership enough.”

“Would 10 out of 10 recommend them. We came from Northern New York almost 5hrs. The staff was very accommodating and answered every question and request. The truck is everything they said it was. The buying process had a couple hiccups on my end. But all in all a really great experience. I couldn't be happier with the truck. Thank You Pacileo's GLMC!”
