“I first went here about six years ago after my single-sided mastectomy because I really had no idea what I needed and what I was looking for. The ladies helped me so much with a breast form, bras and even a bathing suit that the form would fit it in well. Fast forward to a couple days ago when I noticed that a hole had formed and silicone was seeping out of the prosthetic form I have had for the last 6 years. Let me say the fact that it lasted 6 years says something for the product. Anyway, my husband and I moved to Florida a couple of years ago and unfortunately there is no place quite like this down here or at least not that I have found. Knowing I needed to order a new breast form I called up to Erie and the woman I spoke with, looked me up in the system, found what I had got before and told me exactly what I needed to order. The fact that I haven’t been a customer for so long and that they’re still willing to help says so much for the company. I would highly recommend that anybody who has went through a mastectomy or just needs a great product whether it be a breast form, bathing suits, bras, etc. stop in to this great shop!”

“Old Navy has lost what made that store special. Selling versatile comfortable clothing at a very reasonable and affordable price. They still do, but the majority of their clothing is full price and cheapen with each wash. Their shoes are all flip flops and flat narrow ballet flats to wear with overly decorative shirts that don't survive more than two trips to the washing machine. If you are lucky enough to decide to return something, they won't let you return anything beyond 30 days with Tags still attached....they haven't failed yet. After 30 days, they will take the item but won't return your money. They will put those items on Clearance and then you can buy that item again at a lower price. Stupid and a ? disappointment.”

“My wife and I stopped in so I could find a pair of jeans. Jayden was the sales rep that assisted us. She asked had asked if she could help, and I asked if they had any relaxed fit jeans in stock. She said yes (thank god, relaxed fit seems to be disappearing) and while walking to the correct pile of jeans, asked me my size. She pulled out the correct size immediately. The price shocked me (not a place I normally shop). I left for a bit, came back and tried on the jeans. Perfect fit. While browsing, she asked my wife if she had ever worn Buckle jeans before, and when she responded yes, we thought that was it. A few minutes later Jayden came back with a pair of jeans closely approximating the pants my wife was wearing, and in the exact size my wife wears (she had not asked my wife her size previously). She described the jeans in detail, why she selected them, how they were designed, and explaining that she noted the style of pant she was wearing. My wife tried them on and they were perfect. This is huge because my wife normally only wears low rise jeans, something not made anymore that we can tell. And here she found a new jean she would normally have ignored.Jayden was a rockstar for us. Seriously, thank you. She was extremely friendly, knew her business, was subtle where appropriate, and to us, had the perfect eye for size. She helped us with a couple of other finds in the store, and we are excited with what we walked away with. Thank you, Jayden.”

“Had just a few minutes to waste before my doctors appointment this afternoon so I visited this store for the first time today. I was immediately impressed with the courteous kind reception from the owner as soon as I walked in. Although I didn't have much time to scope the whole store out, I did get a chance to notice the ergonomics of the store. All the clothing was well placed and organized in a manner that made it easy for me to view/use much better than some of the big box stores. I can tell a great deal of effort was put into the display arrangements.Although some of the clothing was geared more towards the younger customers, I did find a good amount of designer clothing that appealed to me as an older adult and model.I would definitely recommend this store to others and I am definitely going to be shopping here in the future. Great store.”

“Yesterday I had the most marvelous experience in the Erie Chico's. After spending many, many hours perusing Internet sites looking for the perfect outfit for my own wedding (I'm in my 70s), and visiting about 13 different local stores and shops, I finally had a supremely successful time at Chicos.Not only was I able to put together an outfit the moment I arrived, I found three. I now have choices when the morning arrives. Oddly, I'd forgotten how much I love Chicos clothes with their beautiful fabrics and superb craftsmanship, so I was overwhelmed with joy to have immediate success filling my arms with clothing.But I have to mention that this store has an outstanding sales staff that not only helped me, like sweet sisters would, to feel really special and still attractive. “I go to this store at least twice a month to take advantage of their sales. I always end up buying something. The best sale I’ve seen is on their T-shirts which are buy one get TWO FREE. Jeans are sometimes buy one get one free. Just can’t beat it! and their clothes are very trendy too and so cool abs their fragrances OMG so nice!! I get many compliments on my outfits I buy!
