“Store was very clean and had many interesting things, it's like a time capsule. I went to sell, but found a super deal on some suede boots. The ladies have a sincerely kind and welcoming way. I'm very picky about thrift stores and don't usually shop at them anymore because of the selection, but this one has renewed my love of thrifting, they have very nice glam and kitsch items that are worth taking home. Can't wait to go back.”

“Me and my best friends came up April 17th. We are all exploring different looks, and Lori was absolutely phenomenal!! She ran back and forth from the fitting rooms to the main floor multiple times just to get us different styles, sizes, and accessories to heighten our looks ! Every one of her recommendations were an absolute hit and made us look and feel oh so good! We have never had such fantastic customer service! “Best thrift store in Erie! My first visit was yesterday and they had such a variety and prices like I haven’t seen in years. They genuinely have good items, with fair pricing. A mishap occurred during my checkout, and I contacted the owner afterwards. She answered right away and rectified the issue immediately! 10/10 and great customer service. I will be back!”

This location was stocked with the latest fashion, accessories and had a great selection of purses and beauty products too!
I spent 4 hours in here this weekend and i absolutely love that is always seems well stocked with an amazing selection.
I’m obsessed with the dresses and bathing suits too!
I also appreciated Debbie on cash, I had 2 full carts of stuff and she was patient and actually properly folded all the clothes so things wouldn’t wrinkle.

“Yesterday I had the most marvelous experience in the Erie Chico's. After spending many, many hours perusing Internet sites looking for the perfect outfit for my own wedding (I'm in my 70s), and visiting about 13 different local stores and shops, I finally had a supremely successful time at Chicos.Not only was I able to put together an outfit the moment I arrived, I found three. I now have choices when the morning arrives. Oddly, I'd forgotten how much I love Chicos clothes with their beautiful fabrics and superb craftsmanship, so I was overwhelmed with joy to have immediate success filling my arms with clothing.But I have to mention that this store has an outstanding sales staff that not only helped me, like sweet sisters would, to feel really special and still attractive. “Had just a few minutes to waste before my doctors appointment this afternoon so I visited this store for the first time today. I was immediately impressed with the courteous kind reception from the owner as soon as I walked in. Although I didn't have much time to scope the whole store out, I did get a chance to notice the ergonomics of the store. All the clothing was well placed and organized in a manner that made it easy for me to view/use much better than some of the big box stores. I can tell a great deal of effort was put into the display arrangements.Although some of the clothing was geared more towards the younger customers, I did find a good amount of designer clothing that appealed to me as an older adult and model.I would definitely recommend this store to others and I am definitely going to be shopping here in the future. Great store.”
“I recently visited Macy’s in Erie and overall had a very positive experience. The store is spacious, well-organized, and carries a strong variety of brands across clothing, shoes, fragrances, and home goods. If you’re looking for a department store that gives you solid selection without having to drive to a major city, this location definitely delivers.
The men’s section, in particular, was impressive. There was a good mix of casual and business attire, and I appreciated that sizes were fairly well stocked. I was able to find quality pieces without feeling like I had to dig through disorganized racks. The layout made it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed.
The fragrance and cosmetics area was also a highlight. It felt clean and well-maintained, and the displays were neat. Staff in that section were approachable without being pushy, which I personally prefer. They were willing to answer questions and give recommendations but didn’t hover.
Customer service overall was good. Most associates I interacted with were polite and helpful. One staff member went out of their way to check inventory for a size that wasn’t on the rack, which I appreciated. Checkout was relatively smooth, although the line took a bit longer than expected during peak hours. That’s probably the main reason I’m giving four stars instead of five.
Pricing was fair, especially if you catch a promotion or use coupons. Macy’s is one of those places where it pays to shop strategically. There were some solid clearance deals, and the quality generally matches the price point.
The store itself was clean, but a few areas felt slightly dated compared to newer mall department stores. It’s not a major issue, just something noticeable in certain sections. A small refresh in decor or lighting in some departments would elevate the experience.
Overall, Macy’s in Erie is a reliable stop if you’re shopping at the mall and want variety under one roof. Good selection, helpful staff, and decent value — just a few minor areas that could be improved to make it a full five-star experience. I’d definitely shop there again.”

He searched the whole store for me showing me different options and then also looked across their entire website. I didn’t find anything that worked for my event, but was so happy to have found a person so committed to helping me. “Love express! So glad it became a factory outlet and the prices are great nowadays. I’m in my mid 30s so it’s more my style nowadays. “I go to this store at least twice a month to take advantage of their sales. I always end up buying something. The best sale I’ve seen is on their T-shirts which are buy one get TWO FREE. Jeans are sometimes buy one get one free. Just can’t beat it! and their clothes are very trendy too and so cool abs their fragrances OMG so nice!! I get many compliments on my outfits I buy! I will be back again very soon.”

“Amazing place! AMAZING selection of gifts and a VAST selection of clothing and accessories. They have everything from beads for necklace/bracelet making to clothing to souvenirs to a HUGE selection of incense and a beautiful selection of glass figures. What an great surprise it was finding this place. The prices are very reasonable. I have to add the employee we dealt with was VERY sweet and engaging. The kicker? Our items were placed in a silk bag, not a plastic tissue.
