Friendly staff , and lots of options for your work out , and locker rooms are clean

The Downtown Branch has a convenient location, and friendly staff. It is always clean, has ample equipment, and other gym members are friendly.

Prior to covid this was the only place I would go. They still have wonderful people and great equipment. However, because of maintenance issues I have to go to Glenwood to use the pool. The downtown pool should be open late spring early summer.
