“I recently visited the Carters location in Moosic, PA to purchase clothes for my toddler while traveling. We are residents in Miami, FL and I must just say the customer service between both stores is like night and day. The store I visit in Miami has tables held up by receipt rolls and staff that is anything but helpful, unfortunately we expect that here. When I stopped at the location in Moosic, PA I was instantly greeted! I couldn't believe they said hello to me and not in robotic spewing off the phrase of the day style .. a generous "Welcome to Carters Oshkosh are you looking for anything in particular?" I browsed around, found an adorable sleeper but couldn't find it in 24 months, the employees could easily tell I was struggling looking for an item and the manager, Laura, approached me and helped me find my size. It might seem silly to some to let that be an experience that sticks with you, but for me it made my shopping that much more enjoyable and excited I ventured out rather than the typical online shopping I'd normally do. “A true hidden gem of a store. Current men and women's fashions with home goods all in one store. I was able to pick up the items I wanted as well as a beautiful sweater for my wife. The layout and styling of the showroom exemplifies the care put into store.
The staff were warm and very knowledgeable about their inventory.

“I'm leaving a review regarding one of the attendants in the store. I didn't catch her name but that women went above and beyond to help me. I always loved LOFT for business casual or causal but neat clothing. I had gotten a hot drink at the drive-thru near this store, which spilled all over my pants and burned my legs. I ran into the store, told her what happened, she brought me right back to the dressing room, got me 3 pairs of pants to try on and I was able to pick one out, and walk out 10 minutes later freshly dressed. Thank you sweet helpful girl! She was sooo nice.”

“My go to store in the Wilkes-Barre area for shoe shopping. Encore is located in the Wyoming Valley Mall; next to JCPenney (regular Shoe Dept. is located in the Arena Hub Plaza.) Large store with an excellent selection that tends to stock the odder sizes that other stores and regular Shoe Department's don't. Almost every time I shop here, they have the 1/2 size wide I need. Selection in-store includes work boots, dress shoes, and everyday sneakers, with a separate clearance section off to the side. Overall excellent store worth a stop, and unless you need something very specific, the best of Wilkes-Barre.”
