“Place has 2 elevators. One is broke more than it works. Hot tub is not hot. Pool is tiny and pool towels feel like sandpaper. Shower water pressure is strong and room towels are soft. Front desk are friendly and accommodating. Maid service very pleasant and quick! Weekend night staff often forgets about your 4 am coffee needs. Need a coin machine in the laundry room. WIFI signal requires weekly re-connect if staying for extended periods. Breakfast price is through the roof!
Update 5/19/26: Elevator still broke with note about using the stairs located at opposite ends of the hotel. Note also states that I could lose a few pounds using the stairs! How tacky...”
