The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They really took the time to understand my situation and made sure my dad’s issue was fully resolved. It meant so much to feel that level of support and concern.

“What started out as a pleasant experience turned out to be a nightmare. We had to go to the Experience store in KOP to have the mess cleaned up that began at the Malvern location.
We went in to begin a new service with T Mobile and ended up with charges and security deposits that never needed to be charged. We also weren’t told majority of the information that the employee should have informed us on before making the switch. Instead, he was just worried about getting the new account for his benefit and not the customer.
We should have known when we walked in to this location and the employee said, “I have to be honest with you, we don’t usually get anyone in this store.”
Luckily we had a MUCH better experience at the King of Prussia experience store and they were able to get everything situated.
Alex and Wil (KOP) went above and beyond to make sure our time with them was nothing like what we had experienced in Malvern and were beyond helpful and knowledgeable with the product that they promote.”

“I had the most pleasant experience today at the Thorndale Pa T-Mobile store. I had ordered a new tablet, but was having a really difficult time getting it set up. Jimmy, the Retail Associate Manager, quickly came to my rescue. He not only got me connected, but he also got my email moved over to the new tablet, and helped me understand some of the new functionality. I am so very grateful to Jimmy.
