“We had an issue that was the manufacturer’s fault and Paul went above and beyond than what he needed to. It’s incredibly rare to find someone who not only values relationships but does whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Thanks again Paul!”

“I had a unique situation looking for cabinet parts for a 2 year old home that the builder was unwilling to help. I spoke to Anne S and she was very helpful in finding the parts needed. She provided old school customer service that is very hard to find in 2025. Thank you for your great help”

“Outstanding Service & Great People I just want to recognize Matt and what’s his name his “heavyset” partner in crime 😂 for their professionalism, knowledge, and expertise. These two guys consistently go above and beyond to help their customers and make sure you get exactly what you need. They’re always willing to take the time to answer questions, find solutions, and do whatever they can to earn and keep your business. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about providing great service. Great guys, great service, and a true asset to the company. You guys are appreciated—keep up the great work!”

“Such cool guys were unloaded themselves (although I had to help them), secured the remaining load with straps. They did everything carefully and professionally. If I, the driver, noticed this, it already means a lot when the movers neatly treated the load”

“I needed to match the 50-year old wood molding at my place of work which we needed to replace after replacing a few doors. At the design showroom I was greeted by Samantha Zorro who was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Not only did she help me find the exact replacement, she found that it was available in stock at two nearby locations and placed the order for me to pick up. Compared to the big box stores, this was like flying first class instead of coach. Truly concierge service. Well worth the cost.”

“Exceptional Product Knowledge and Outstanding Service! I walked into Weinstein Bath & Kitchen Supply in West Chester without an appointment after spending days trying to find a farmhouse sink that would fit my 30-inch cabinet. My contractors were scheduled to install it the next morning, my countertop templating depended on it, and I was running out of options. Elyssa Guillen immediately took the time to listen, even though she kindly explained she had an appointment starting in just a few minutes (totally respect that). Within minutes, she knew exactly what I needed. She recommended a Kohler cast iron farmhouse sink that was specifically designed to fit my cabinet and maximize the space—a solution that my cabinet supplier, contractor, and countless online searches had all missed. Her product knowledge was exceptional. She not only found the perfect sink, but also confirmed it was in stock, matched the drain to the brass finish of my faucet, completed the order, and had everything ready for pickup almost immediately. By the time I drove around to the warehouse, the team already had the sink pulled and waiting for me. They were just as friendly and efficient, loaded it into my car, and from the time I walked into the showroom until I had the sink paid for and loaded in my vehicle was only about 20 minutes. Because of Elyssa's expertise and efficiency, my kitchen renovation stayed on schedule. She truly saved the day. Exceptional product knowledge, outstanding customer service, and a team that clearly works together to take care of their customers. I can't recommend Elyssa Guillen and the entire staff at Weinstein Bath & Kitchen Supply highly enough. Thank you for turning what had become a frustrating search into one of the easiest parts of my kitchen renovation.”
