Anyway, Advanced has always been there for me. To name names, Morgan in the billing department has spent time explaining the complicated billing practices of the insurance company, in a way I understand. And Kat, who helps on the equipment side, discovered issues with my last mask and found me a better one. She’s so good I have even greater confidence in her than in my doctor.
