“I have had Chase for 5 years, and never have had a bad experience. I had to update some documentation today, and Joshua went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he help with my request, but he went into great detail about how I can use the Chase app to assist with my goals, as well as what options were available to work with Chase on any investing opportunities. I hate talking about finances, but Josh is as very personable and friendly, and genuinely was very helpful. 10/10 would recommend Chase, specifically this branch.”
“Long time account holder here. I think it was Marie or Maria who initially helped me over the phone with setting up a cashier's check so I could purchase a vehicle. I didn't want to carry a large sum of cash. I chat with the dealership to see if they accepted a cashier's check and fortunately they did!
It took less than 5 minutes to process the check at this branch and they even waived the fee given the circumstance.
