“Love this store great store for downtown Scranton. You can the mail and look at the other store. Or just stop in to Auntie's Annie's for a prestal and drink . Then go shopping . The garage for parking is charging now. If you go to the new medical offices or get something from the store, it will stamp your ticket. You can shop online, and have it shipped to you, or you can pick it up there for curbside.”
“Love the jewelry and cosmetics dept. Costs me money but great service. In your other areas please shampoo your rugs. That does not look good. Those big marks have been there awhile. Holiday shopping coming...be sharp,”

“I love shopping in this store because they are very reasonable, especially on seasonal items,. cashiers are very friendly, especially Kim, but I have one complaint about one gentleman, I believe he's in charge of furniture, he's very rude & lazy!! Everyone else is very pleasant...Last year I had purchased a pool and chairs, while I was struggling, he was leaning against the wall smoking his cigarette,after I had everything in the car, he asked me. I guess there's always one bad egg ?Other than that I love Big lots ?”
“Had 2 dogs with diarrhea tried everything can n rice, change of food gradually, vet appts nothing helped. Stopped at tractor supply again spoke to a woman named PAT and in two days my dogs were back to normal. I stopped again to thank her, I hope her managers see this she is a keeper.”

“I love Sierra. A little more costly than Burlington or TjMaxx in my opinion, however, they do tend to carry completely different things (outdoorsy). Saying that, you can still get a much better deal than going to a regular store or shopping online. I've found some great deals here and have only had pleasant service.”
“I love the clothing from American Eagle and Aerie, the jeans are well made and comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. Love the weight of cotton they use in their sweatshirts and sweatpants.But really what makes their brand stand out is their customer service. I recently returned a top in store in Dickson City PA that I purchased as an online only item. Nathan handled the exchange in store and had my correct size shipped to me. He also brought me a shopping bag as my hands got full as I continued to shop; helped me to find what I needed and pointed out special offers going on. He was amazing, not hovering but definitely available if needed, and I think he should be recognized for how well he does his job. Courteous and outgoing, just made my shopping experience and exchange stress free. Thanks Nathan”

She helped clarify miscommunications with what happened over the whole situation and was nothing besides courteous and extremely helpful. I also had a lot of support from Alyssa by making sure everything was ready for me for when I did arrive in the store which helped the process go quicker and gave me a lot of piece of mind seeing everything already there when I got there! “I always like shopping here. Good deals and brand name items for a lot cheaper than you pay online. You never know what you may find. I believe they offer layaway, especially near Christmas. I've never had a problem with returning an item either...with my receipt. The staff is usually friendly. Multiple cashiers open...which I know has become a problem at some stores. The bathrooms are mostly clean.”
“I’ve always used Rite Aid or CVS in the past just due to location, but when I needed a medication that was out of stock, I switched to this Walmart pharmacy. These guys will show you how a great pharmacy experience is SUPPOSED TO BE! Not only do they always have my medication which is out of stock everywhere else, but the staff is so nice and friendly, and always happy to help with any questions you have. Deff 5 stars from me (:”

“I had a great experience at Walmart in Scranton, Pennsylvania. From the moment I walked in, the store felt clean, organized, and well-stocked. The layout made it easy to find what I needed, and the aisles were wide enough to navigate comfortably, even when the store was a bit busy.
What stood out most was the customer service. A few employees were especially helpful when I had questions about where to find certain items. One associate in the electronics section patiently helped me compare products and made great recommendations without being pushy. Another employee in the grocery department went out of their way to check in the back for something I couldn’t find on the shelf.
Prices were very reasonable, and I appreciated the wide variety of choices in each department—from fresh produce and household supplies to clothing and tech. The self-checkout process was quick and efficient, with staff nearby to assist if needed.
Parking was easy, and the location is convenient whether you're local or just passing through. Overall, this Walmart exceeded my expectations. It’s a reliable one-stop shop with friendly staff and good energy. Highly recommended for anyone in the Scranton area!”
