“Bruce, Evan and the gang ALWAYS make me feel like I am their only customer, and from what I see they do that with EVERYONE! By the time you factor in the 2 hours and the fuel cost it takes me to run to Dickson City or Binghamton, the time to load my trailer and wait my turn in line to get close, fight traffic etc, I actually save money buying at Nicholson Lumber. I like the fact that they can deliver instead of me hauling a trailer on a 30-40 minute trip.”
“Good selection, can usually find what I need. But I will echo the experience of others, not a great customer experience when you’re treated like a huge nuisance for walking in 12 minutes before closing. I was literally in and out of the door in two minutes, but was told by the man at the register to “hurry up“ three times while checking out. Front door was locked 7 minutes prior to closing time.I’ve worked retail, I understand the desire to get home promptly, but if you’re open for business there’s no reason to treat people poorly whether it’s 5 mins or 5 hours to close.”
“I'm giving a five rating because harbor freight had a very similar item to one in Tractor Supply yet was half the price. I don't know where this tire was manufactured, but the one at Tractor Supply was made in China, so I don't think that was the reason for the difference in price. Also, the bathroom here is so super clean and well thought out. Good job guys.”

Still in great condition and 10%off discount sale. Plus received $500.00 gift card for buying 10 cabinets and countertops and sink,etc. So we ordered a new refrigerator from them. “Amazing customer service!!!I was in town because my Father-in-law was in the hospital and he needed to have about a half dozen trees on his property cut down. After the first day, the chain I had was in need of being sharpened. I told them my situation and the following day I got a call it was ready to go. I got the rest of the work done on Thursday. I dropped the chain off again so it was ready to go when I got home, got a call mid-morning Friday to let me know it was ready.I can’t say how much I appreciate their willingness to help me out like they did.”
