“Locked my keys in my car. Ugh!! ? I phoned a friend lol who came to help. Unfortunately that didn't work so they stayed with me while I waited for Plummers to stop. Omg the guy was great. I swear it was like 2 seconds and I was in my vehicle.”
“We were stranded on 81 the nite of 9/29/24! Our roadside service provider called Brayer’s to pick up our 32’ travel trailer with the left rear wheel & hub falling off! (Thanks to the jeep next to us pointing to pull over) we can only imagine what could have happened if they didn’t)!
So Rick jumps out of his rig assessed the situation, hook up our trailer & delivered it to the designated “safe place designated by our roadside provider”!
While there he made sure the damaged axle/wheel & hub were safe from any other damage! We chatted and discovered that he does heavy truck repairs beside the towing! He agreed to fix our trailer, provided he could find parts! Well after almost a day of back & forth phone calls - an axle had been located in Indiana at the trailer manufacturer, Grand Design ! Our trailer is tucked in his yard for now, while we wait for the axle to be shipped!
Both my husband & myself, cannot thank Brayer’s Towing & Rick himself for everything he has done to ease our stress!

“It finally happened — I successfully locked my keys in my car, in the only way possible in 2026. My car was locked, and I used my fob to open the trunk. I reached in deep to grab something, and I unknowingly dropped my keys in the trunk, and then closed the trunk lid.
Through AAA, Duchniks arrived quickly, all the way to Old Forge from Dalton, and easily opened my door. He delicately used a plastic wedge, and then an air wedge, creating the smallest opening possible so as not to bend the door frame. He then used his long reach tool to pull the interior door handle. It took less than two minutes.
In addition, he was super friendly!
