“It finally happened — I successfully locked my keys in my car, in the only way possible in 2026. My car was locked, and I used my fob to open the trunk. I reached in deep to grab something, and I unknowingly dropped my keys in the trunk, and then closed the trunk lid. Through AAA, Duchniks arrived quickly, all the way to Old Forge from Dalton, and easily opened my door. He delicately used a plastic wedge, and then an air wedge, creating the smallest opening possible so as not to bend the door frame. He then used his long reach tool to pull the interior door handle. It took less than two minutes. In addition, he was super friendly! Expert service!”

“Amazing! Thank you for saving me in a serious situation. I wasn’t just broke down, I was causing obstruction to flow of traffic. They were there QUICKLY and also HELPED me. I wish I got the gentleman’s name who was driving truck that day but he was so helpful, made me laugh and calm down. Anyone who needs a tow or anything from this company, please take my review seriously. I have know the family (not personally) for 18 years. There is a reason they are in business for many years. =) Also, why they were my first immediate pick to SAVE ME! ;-) Thank you so much!!”

“Thank you so much, Bobby. You really saved my life. My car's transmission suddenly stopped working while I was driving on the highway. I managed to get off the highway, that's where I got stuck during my trip. Bobby was just so friendly, he helped me figure out what was wrong with my car, helped tow it to the nearest repair shop, and kept comforting me the whole time. It really meant a lot to me. I will always remember this for the rest of my life!!!!”

“We were stranded on 81 the nite of 9/29/24! Our roadside service provider called Brayer’s to pick up our 32’ travel trailer with the left rear wheel & hub falling off! (Thanks to the jeep next to us pointing to pull over) we can only imagine what could have happened if they didn’t)! So Rick jumps out of his rig assessed the situation, hook up our trailer & delivered it to the designated “safe place designated by our roadside provider”! While there he made sure the damaged axle/wheel & hub were safe from any other damage! We chatted and discovered that he does heavy truck repairs beside the towing! He agreed to fix our trailer, provided he could find parts! Well after almost a day of back & forth phone calls - an axle had been located in Indiana at the trailer manufacturer, Grand Design ! Our trailer is tucked in his yard for now, while we wait for the axle to be shipped! Both my husband & myself, cannot thank Brayer’s Towing & Rick himself for everything he has done to ease our stress! If you should ever need towing service near Scranton call BRAYER’S, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!”

“These guys are where it's at if you have a high end vehicle. 3rd guys I had come to tow and only ones who could do it without messing up my car. The guy was so nice he even told me to try to turn it into my insurance even though the car was broke down and not in an accident. I did and got $50 back!”

“I dropped by this garage after getting hit by a PennDot vehicle. The visit was worth the time... the mechanic worked really hard to communicate the desired outcomes of the initial assessment of my car. He was friendly and made sure that we were on the same page. Additionally, I really appreciate his enthusiasm during his explanation of the damaged and openness to receive my questions. I could honestly tell he was ready to be of service especially because he asked open-ended questions to understand my needs, offered a solution and delivered on that promptly. Kudos”

“They've got what you need at a great price. This man has been in the business for a half a century. His parts inventory is second to none. Not only does he have examples of thousands of makes and/or models, years, styles, etc. he knows where they are. If he doesn't have it, he knows who does. I wish I had come upon this place a decade ago. Call 'im.”
