“I've been going to Scott's regularly for about 3 years now. They have always been extremely helpful, kind, and affordable. I have always felt as though I can ask questions and they will answer them thoroughly and factual.
One time, I was having issues with my car's air conditioning and they troubleshooted the issue and quoted me $1,200.00. I agreed to the price and when they opened it up, they found the issue was minor, called me up and explained everything. They then only charged me a couple hundred dollars for the minor repair required. They could have replaced parts unnecessarily and charged me the full $1,200.00, I wouldn't have known either way. The fact that they were so honest, shows that they take pride in their work and appreciate their customers.
They were amazing even before that particular repair, but after that they gained a customer for life.

“I have been getting my vehicle serviced at DA for many years and have always been pleased with the service. I recently had a part go bad in my car right before I was about to go on a trip. Randy and the team went above and beyond to make sure I could get the part I needed in time. When they couldn't get it from their usual supplier in time for my trip, Randy personally reached out to another dealer, tracked it down, and got it for me — all while keeping me updated along the way. What really stood out to me was that he offered to not charge me the extra cost of sourcing the part from the other dealer, even though it was more expensive.
My tire light came on right before going out of town for Thanksgiving and they got me in that same day and found the issue and fixed the tire for me. They've taken care of my car for years and I really trust them not to push unnecessary services. They even offered me a ride home when they saw I was walking home from the shop, which I appreciate and shows how they care about their customers.
