“Listen, I’m no fan of friend chicken. But Kenny’s fried chicken is absolutely amazing. 15/10. Literally finger licking good.
Besides their fried chicken, this is a great place to have in town to do your grocery shopping. Great selection all around. So happy we live close by here.”
“Grocery store on the smaller end. Plenty of staples and a few less common items, like large bottles of certain spices I've had trouble sourcing elsewhere. Good prices on meat and seafood.”
“Just got a cold cut sub here tonight and wow.. really good. The bread was fresh, perfect amount of meat and even the lettuce was fresh!! Honestly the subs haven't been this good in about 10 - 15 years!!”
“New in town been there a few times now, haven't had a bad experience yet. If anything it was inviting and down to earth. Clerk is pretty chill. Prices are insanely good for someone like myself who has an almost daily need for snackage and smokes. Trust me worth it.”
“Brought home a 10 pack of chicken legs. As soon as I open them up I knew they were bad, smelled horrible. Would have given them five stars for the years I've been going there, but the chicken? Lost them a star.”
“I have been to this place when I was a little boy. The only thing that surprises me is in fact that this was the original Gettysburg Sheetz which I have never been inside it when it was originally a Sheetz. That’s what makes me feel surprised.”
“Fantastic little store with homemade food on Sundays. The chef (lady running the store) and her daughter were super friendly. The homemade tamales were delicious and can be bought in large quantities. The chicharrons were fresh and tasty too. Would definitely return”
“Grey and Mary we're so wonderful and so helpful. They both really went above and beyond with their customer service and assistance in the store, I hope they get recognized. I am definitely coming back to this Dollar general from now on, because of them.”
“The staff at this Dollar General was the friendliest and most helpful staff I have interacted with in a long time. For any store, not just Dollar General. The two guys on staff worked super hard to help me find what I was looking for, and were extremely nice about it. Highly recommend.”
“Lefties love gel pens, right? If you have an ink-smudged side of your left hand, pay attention. DG now sells PaperMate Ink Joy gel 0.7, with quick-dry ink. They've changed the game for me! A great price & it comes in lots of cool colors. Say goodbye to those ink stains & hello to clean writing. Go, southpaws!”
“very nice location with associates willing to help! As far as the comment about the trash goes, these associates have enough on their plate and should not have to worry about the public trashing their location. I have seen them out there multiple times cleaning up garbage! Get people to stop dumping their garbage where ever they please and it wouldn't look trashy!”

“Don't let a few letters out on the sign fool you - this is the nicest Dollar General I've ever set foot in! Clean, tidy, well stocked, and a large grocery selection - plus friendly and welcoming staff!”
