“So I bought a new (to me) car last week. I expected problems with it but when the cold hit, it came sooner than I thought. My power steering return line was rusted out and spit everywhere. It was an emergency and I needed to get to school for a final.
Ryan is a great dude. Very knowledgeable and understanding about life happening on its own terms, not necessarily mine. He told me to bring the car in. He diagnosed the problem while I was at work, and he had it done in time for me to get to school later that day.
Also before I left, he did a full check up on my car and walked me around the car and showed me where my new purchase is going to need some work in the near future.
In short, my experience was as easy as possible. It was all around a hometown mechanic feel. Just some guys doing their job and trying to do the next right thing for the little guy that works everyday. Reasonable prices. Fast service. And every reason I need to come back.”

“I had an incredible experience with customer service at Mavis today. We discovered a nail in our tire and noticed the low pressure light was on. Upon arriving at Mavis, we were welcomed by a cheerful young lady who informed us that the repair would take no longer than 30 minutes. Once the service was completed and we went to settle the bill, they surprisingly didn’t charge us, which is honestly quite rare and greatly appreciated. We are now back on the road, safe and sound. Thank you, Mavis!”

I got four Goodyear tires used of course in excellent condition for an amazing price needless to say I am very pleased and also the owners are very friendly quick and efficient. “Went to Minooka Subaru for an oil change and tire rotation with no appointment. It was the most pleasant, fast and honest service I have ever gotten at a dealership. When the car was ready (about 35 minutes) and I went to pay they did not try to upsell me anything (cabin filter, wipers, etc) they said my tires were going to need to be replaced soon so a tire rotation was not necessary. That's honesty. Very highly recommend.”
