“Everything about my experience was excellent! I worked with Jeffrey on test driving multiple vehicles to decide which one was right for my family and I. Throughout the process, Roy checked in several times to ensure we were getting everything we needed, but Jeff did an excellent job answering all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. In addition, Mark called me to discuss an online inquiry I made and was helpful in talking through some of the incentives that GM had going on at the moment. Dave was excellent and extremely thorough in going through the warranties and financing options. At the end of the day, and through the entire process I felt valued and that I received a fair deal on a great new car. From trade value, no need to haggle over price, etc everything about this purchase was as I would expect all car purchases to be.
