“6/4/24: Costco has some of the most efficient and rudimentary ways of stocking their products, but for some reason can not perfect the checkout and return process. Can someone from corporate please look into this? The return desk is almost always fully staffed but it takes forever to get in and out
Overall the customer experience isn't bad.
BUT, please expand your parking lot. This Costco's parking lot is almost either completely packed or full.
With all the money this location obtains from its customers, they need to look into this”
“First time here and very satisfied with the treatment of the truck driver. I arrived 4 hours late, they received me without any problem and unloaded very quickly! Keep in mind that you must have the appointment # that starts with 400. Very clean bathroom, plenty of space to park and very friendly people”
“When you get to guard shack, you hand over your papers, park in stagging area and walk to guard to get papers and a slip. They will call u for a door, break seal and open doors. Place the slip in the back of the trailer and walk to shipping office to give in your bills. U can either stay in your truck and disconnect or stay in driver lounge and wait. In and out in less than 2 hours. Friendly staff.”
