“I went to the store today because my phone was iCloud blocked and the back was completely damaged. I went to apple and I called assurance they both act like they couldn’t help me ! They suck and are super ignorant.But the Yaislyn helped me so much . She was able to guide me on how to unblock my iCloud and place a claim for my phone online . I will definitely go back to see her when I need help”

“We've had All Systems work on 2 installations at our residence: a whole-home wired Ethernet setup and more recently, an outdoor TV, soundbar, and WiFi extender for our newly-renovated deck. We truly couldn't be happier with the results of either project! Kim was extremely responsive from the get-go, gave us comprehensive options and fair pricing. The installers, Randy and Matt, were fantastic -- knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, did meticulous work. “Recently went to this TMobile location to make multiple changes to my account and to get a new phone. The mobile expert Victor Burgos-Cotto was extremely helpful and patient with all the switches that needed to be made to my account. He even called back days later to ensure that the changes that could not be finished instore that same day were able to get completed and ensured custumer satisfaction. I could not asked for better service. We even got some hot pink lunch bags! If I ever need to go to a TMobile location again, this one would be my first pick.”
“I personally do not find joy having to ever visit a cellphone service store. From experience w/other stores I felt like it was all about a sale & the pressure to close a deal before leaving was just stressful. However, after visiting this location I can honestly say moving forward this will be my primary location for all things Tmobile. The associates were kind and patient. They understood my past experiences & made sure to turn it around. Looking around, the store was busy, but everyone multitasked. The store was clean. I don't live close to this location but it deff is worth the trip for the service given.”

“Product and technology knowledge, as well as service plans, were very good. My customer service rep was good once they got to me....biggest complaint was the lack of urgency to help customers in a timely manner. I was greeted at the door signed in and then waited while there were 5 employees present and only 3 customers. They chatted amongst themselves for about 10-15 minutes while I sat and waited .... If there are more employees in the store than customers, there really shouldn't be a wait...overall the service wasn't bad but that is definitely an area for improvement.”
