The guys at the Xfinity store, Angel and Nathan who took my order and gave me a missing black box, were the ulltimate of courtesty and friendliness. I tried to hook up the service myself, but being 87 years old, you might say I am technically challenged. I arranged for a tech to come to the house and finish the job I tried to do but couldn't. Michael arrived on time, with texts announcing he would be there shortly. He was friendly and competent, as well as patient, and showed me how to operate my new service and remote.
