And today came in to transfer three phone lines to new phones. Even though it was an hour before closing, both gentlemen were so polite and attentive. “We recently ordered the new TMobile router. It was the $70 package where you receive Hulu and Paramount + for free with this package. It was supposed to be a 15 minute self install process. It was a nightmare. We decided to go to Warminster TMobile. Mark D was AMAZING!! He went right to work. He got hung up on and still moved forward. He rectified our log in troubles etc. Thank you Mark D. I hope TMobile and upper management values you as much as we do.”

It was a complicated process, but Lee, the INCREDIBLE T-Mobile team member, answered ALL our questions, made sure we understood the details, and ensured that everyone got the new phone that was right for them. She went above and beyond helping set things up and dealing with our old service provider, and she made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. I had been getting nowhere with Xfinity’s phone and AI support, but these guys actually took the time to listen and help me out. If you’re having issues getting anything resolved through Xfinity’s phone support, I highly recommend coming into this store and dealing with these guys in person. Excellent customer service! 👏”
