The lady who waited on me was making faces to the other customers as if something was wrong and didn't realize I could see her from my peripheral vision. She would straighten her face every time I looked her way to ask a question. I wasn't a difficult customer, I just had to do a few things at once. Either way, she may need another vacation or something because her behavior was very inappropriate.”

“This place has everything a regular PO has, and more. lots of priority mail boxes, different sizes, if you need one. I've never experienced a line here and the guys here are always pleasant, smiling, and doing a good job. They're never shut down for no apparent reason like the PO in my zip code and I never feel aggravated (Philly post offices can be horrible!) it's a relief to find a good PO, I appreciate it soooo much.”

“Always a nice smile In and out quickly. I am disabled and never rushed. Being disabled makes parking a little tough. You can park in front or in a lot. The lot is further. So I choose to wait if there is no parking in front.”

“We needed passport help for our family of 7 and were feeling a bit overwhelmed. We needed to renew some and apply for others and needed them all within a month. We went to the Southampton post office mainly to ask questions and get the correct forms we needed. We were greeted by Suzy with a smile and friendly personality. We immediately felt a sense of relief. Suzy went above and beyond to ease our worries and also helped us start the process for our passports. She was very helpful in guiding us to what would work best for our family and our timeline. Suzy is an absolute asset to this team and was exactly what we needed that day. They've always been helpful, courteous, efficient and on a number of occasions gone above n beyond in helping me navigate the Postal System. They used to sort and deliver locally, but the Postal Service moved those operations to another location. I can only hope that this Office will continue to be available in the future.”

“I was really impressed. I think I understand why this post office has about 3.5 starts while most of the others in the area seem to level out at 2. The ladies who worked there were so pleasant and friendly; they were easy going and seemed to know most of the customers who came in. I got there with less than 10 minutes before they closed and I was expecting the rough kind of customer service that’s usually given to last-minute patrons, but the woman who was helping me treated me with courtesy and patience! I was especially grateful because I’ve never shipped out a package before and she wasn’t condescending when explaining what I needed to do and while answering my questions. This is what real customer service is!”

“The guy at this office may be slow and thorough but I think he is about the only one that cares about getting your packages out and mail out on time and making sure it get delivered correctly! I go out my way to go here. Hours are a little funky but better than dealing with funky attitudes and miserable ? workers .”

“Everyone was super helpful and friendly when I visited. I had a complex issue (FTID scam) I did not expect they would be able to help with. The supervisor Linda went above and beyond to write up a letter and provide documentation for a tracking number to help me with my issue. I was really impressed and grateful especially considering how busy they already were.”
