“I normally don’t write a review on big chain stores- but I absolutely had to. I live in Canonsburg so Washington TS is where I have gone since they opened many years ago. One time I waited with my little daughter for help for 40 minutes. Staff is so rude in WASHINGTON. Well I forgot to grab my horses feed- and we board near this location but have never stopped as it’s like 13 min past our location. I would drive 30 min past our location to come to this location!! I wish I knew the wonder lady cashier’s name.. but I remember the name Jeremy! They both deserve something from their employer. I was in a car accident about 3.5 weeks ago and my strength isn’t what it was so at the register I was struggling to get the bar codes/ flipping the bags. The cashier was so patient and interacting with my daughter. She promptly called Jeremy for help.. he even then went above and beyond and he walked out to the car with us- and loaded the bags of horse feed & big cat litter bags into the trunk for me- I honestly couldn’t have done it without him I used all my strength getting them in the cart lol. But SO friendly interacting with my 3 year old & talking about little ones. They both even had the same face palm reaction when she pulled a $14 dinosaur figurine by the register to buy… lol we all laughed together and she was just happy with her dinosaur!!
Thank you BOTH- and you have a new customer for life now. My horses feed + Cosequin is not cheap but I feel so much better spending it there with happy people!”

“Had all the regular departments, but felt like mostly clothes. Not alot of choices otherwise. Went to buy sunglasses and only had 50 pairs or so with few variations in styles. Disappointing for what I needed. Store is big, clean and modern. Busy early in the morning.”

“Upon my arrival, a manager was giving his team members a cheerful pep talk congratulating them for their outstanding work!!4 stars were given because I attempted to return sneakers bought online a week ago but didn't have the delivery receipt in the package. I showed the cashier my online receipt. But she said I am sorry you are stuck with the shoes. She didn't even offer store credit. Nada zip.”
“I don't get to the store often but I was pleasantly surprised at how neatly everything was organized. There was a lot of merchandise to choose from and no line at checkout. A nice relaxing atmosphere in the store.”

“This place has great prices on brands that are good quality. I can't believe that it's cheaper to get a great pair of jeans here, than it is at Walmart. They have a lot of great beauty products and several rows of purses, as well as a ton of children's clothing and toys as well. I with held a star due to the underwhelming variety of coats and a deficit of in style shoes, at least in my opinion”
“Every time I come here, it feels clean, organized, and fully stocked. I honestly have to have tunnel vision or I’ll want to buy everything!
But the real reason I’m writing this is to give a huge customer shoutout to the cashier, Dorian B. I genuinely look forward to seeing her and will choose her line every single time — I don’t care how long it is or how many other registers are open. She goes above and beyond.

But when we ran into Irena she gave us a warm friendly greeting! She also helped me at the fitting rooms. She was so pleasant and welcoming it made my experience a lot better! Thank you Irena!”
“Back on the day you could go to the general store and buy a dress or a pound of nails. Maybe some four eggs and salt.a toy for your child. Then somebody. Not sure who. Spread all these products up and down main st. Trudging through b the snow to but a pair of shoes. Just to go to another and buy socks. And then to a bakery. Oh crap the snow has turned to rain as I walk from the bakery to the sports shop to buy a basket ball. Then carry the basketball and shoes n socks to tge hardware store to buy screws. To hang a picture. And I need to buy meat at the butcher. ..Thx To our friends at Wal-Mart©. Now I walk around a well lit climate controlled space. I easily find and place my needs into a roomy cart and get everything I could possibly need.
Thank You Walmart for bringing back our American tradition. Like Olsen's mercantile or Ike godsend. The General Store.

“The place was very clean and well-organized.. The customer service was very nice and helpful. The cashier (I think her name was Parsley or something like that) was very helpful in showing me how to use the self-checkout. If I could give any suggestions, it would be to price out the wireless earbuds in the five beyond section as they had no price listed, but I understand that it was opening day for them so they may not have gotten to everything yet. This is the place you can go to when you feel like shopping just for fun. A great place to take kids shopping as most items are five dollars or less. Overall a great experience and I would recommend taking a ride up and seeing what you can get for five dollars or less.”
