“It's a pretty cool store. It feels a little dark but that's about it, it's an old building so it's to be expected. The checkout is fairly high tech and there is a WIDE variety of selections for clothing. When I tell you wide, I mean wide: They got everything from neon work jackets to net leggings. Half of the store is closed off, which is weird, but it's whatever”

“Upon my arrival, a manager was giving his team members a cheerful pep talk congratulating them for their outstanding work!!4 stars were given because I attempted to return sneakers bought online a week ago but didn't have the delivery receipt in the package. I showed the cashier my online receipt. But she said I am sorry you are stuck with the shoes. She didn't even offer store credit. Nada zip.”

“Went to Kohls just to browse. Got a few things and ended up in Sephora’s. Cynthia really helped me pick out makeup. She was patient showing me a variety and then letting me choose. I thought I then had to go up front to check out but she told me I could check out right there. (That was a relief). I will definitely go back for Cynthia’s help!!”

“In and out quickly with the online ordering and pick up in store option. The Target on Lebanon Church Rd is usually well stocked with household essentials and health and beauty products. Rarely have they been out of something I was shopping for. Employees here have always been polite and helpful. The store is and has always been organized, neat and clean. We used to shop here often but moved. Now it's too far out of the way to regularly shop.”

“The real reason I award this Macy's such high marks for this location is due to one person, the manager who singlehandedly fixed multiple customer issues I encountered on that faithful day and even beyond that day:1) skeleton crew working that day he came out to cover2) piss poor service by an employee, which he also handled superbly3) late hour I arrived at store but he did not rush me out the door but instead took the time to finish the transaction right4) fixed discrepancy and personally shipped my item when wrong 5) great attitude and work ethic6) took initative to correct problem vs. that other "lazy" managerIf it was not for him, I never would come back again and Macy's would have lost out on several significant revenue purchases.His name was Zach but not sure of his last name. Someone please give him a raise or a bonus!”

“The place was very clean and well-organized.. The customer service was very nice and helpful. The cashier (I think her name was Parsley or something like that) was very helpful in showing me how to use the self-checkout. If I could give any suggestions, it would be to price out the wireless earbuds in the five beyond section as they had no price listed, but I understand that it was opening day for them so they may not have gotten to everything yet. This is the place you can go to when you feel like shopping just for fun. A great place to take kids shopping as most items are five dollars or less. Overall a great experience and I would recommend taking a ride up and seeing what you can get for five dollars or less.”

“You really can't beat the convenience of having a full-size Target store in the mall. This is the only typical shopping mall I've ever seen such a box store in, too! Everything you'd expect -- electronics, toiletries, foods, clothes, toys, etc. I visited on a Saturday, so I give them the benefit of the doubt as it was very busy and crowded, but many of the shelves were bare. So many things were missing, or were low on stock, as they just needed to be replenished. When I did go to check out, I used the self-check option. I had a problem as I accidentally rang one item twice. Fortunately a helpful service attendant was right by to assist!”

“The Pro's of this wal mart in Bethel Park are:1. Smallest Wal mart, so you in and out with checkouts never being more than 8-9 minutes. majority wait times under 5 minutes for cashier.2. Nice Employee's3. Safe4. Well stocked5. CleanCons.1. No freezer or refrigerated section, so no frozen food or milk. ( Next door does,)2. Not a supercenter so things might not be available here but so far not an issue for me.”
