“Lots of cute Juicy Couture items and many other good finds for cheaper. My only thing was during check out was the cashier kept repeatedly asking us or trying to get us to sign up for the credit card. We kept saying no and it just made the customer service experience a little awkward because if we keep saying no to the credit card, dont keep asking or trying different ways to get us to sign up”
“I can never walk in and just buy the one or two things I came in for. I end up buying a ton of stuff, lol. Stores are always clean, and there is never stock on the floor. Employees are always friendly and fast.”

“Not sure where this store is headed. Most of the time I never have a problem but I really resent employees looking at me when I'm using one of the scooters. I have a legitimate reason and it just makes me wonder if they're like that with other people. They shouldn't be, in fact they shouldn't be in retail or even deal with the public at all if that's how they act. They should be more concerned with the condition of the store and why employees have to stock while customers have to trip over them every day”

“Recently had a wonderful experience ordering a customized wing chair from this location. Mr. Michael Sausman showed me the different options, available fabrics, provided fabric swatches to take home, and, ultimately, completed my order at the best possible price. He went above and beyond to make furniture shopping easy. The chair was delivered a month earlier than expected and the delivery folks were right on time within the delivery window. Friendly, too! It seems well built and there are no scuffs or marks on the velvet from delivery. Thanks!”

“Ugh. So, I broke a stone in my engagement ring. When John purchased it, he also purchased the lifetime warranty. We took it to Penneys where he bought it. Now it’s been a few years since he bought it. They send it off and it comes back yesterday and the value they’re saying just isn’t possible. Way under what he paid. I don’t know what he paid, just know it was way under. After John has a few phone calls with the associate at the jewelry counter, she discovered we pulled up the wrong receipt. The one we had was from the promise ring he bought me in 2012. We got engaged in 2016. She was able to pull up the correct receipt and sent my ring back for another try. This woman went above and beyond and we will be calling today to give her a sincere compliment. By the way, the promise ring fits again.”
