“Lots of cute Juicy Couture items and many other good finds for cheaper. My only thing was during check out was the cashier kept repeatedly asking us or trying to get us to sign up for the credit card. We kept saying no and it just made the customer service experience a little awkward because if we keep saying no to the credit card, dont keep asking or trying different ways to get us to sign up”

“Not sure where this store is headed. Most of the time I never have a problem but I really resent employees looking at me when I'm using one of the scooters. I have a legitimate reason and it just makes me wonder if they're like that with other people. They shouldn't be, in fact they shouldn't be in retail or even deal with the public at all if that's how they act. They should be more concerned with the condition of the store and why employees have to stock while customers have to trip over them every day”
“This place has great prices on brands that are good quality. I can't believe that it's cheaper to get a great pair of jeans here, than it is at Walmart. They have a lot of great beauty products and several rows of purses, as well as a ton of children's clothing and toys as well. I with held a star due to the underwhelming variety of coats and a deficit of in style shoes, at least in my opinion”

“Saturday, May 9th I went to Ross Park Mall to return items at Nordstroms. An employee by the name ofJesron was TERRIFIC. He took the time to finish my transaction since another employee at a different register refused to take my returns. I asked to speak with a store manager who was disappointed in how I was treated and said that shouldn't have happened. To the Manager, thanks for your attention in this matter and Jesron, you took the time and patience to complete all that needed done and helped me with my other purchases. You are what customer service should be.”

“This is still a nice anchor store for this mall. As convenient as online shopping is, it doesn't allow you to smell a perfume or to feel the quality of a fabric before you purchase. Hopefully online retail doesn't fully kill brick and mortar retail.”

“Marty at Macy’s was absolutely fantastic! My wife, my mother-in-law, and I visited multiple stores while shopping for furniture for our first house, but his helpful, non-pushy approach kept us coming back. He offered thoughtful suggestions, explained the differences in fabrics, and gave honest opinions on colors, which made the decision process so much easier.
We ended up buying our Radley living room set and a dining set from him, and we couldn’t be happier with both the furniture and the experience. Marty made the entire process enjoyable, stress-free, and fun. He’s definitely a big reason we’ll be returning to Macy’s for anything we need in the future!”

“Ugh. So, I broke a stone in my engagement ring. When John purchased it, he also purchased the lifetime warranty. We took it to Penneys where he bought it. Now it’s been a few years since he bought it. They send it off and it comes back yesterday and the value they’re saying just isn’t possible. Way under what he paid. I don’t know what he paid, just know it was way under. After John has a few phone calls with the associate at the jewelry counter, she discovered we pulled up the wrong receipt. The one we had was from the promise ring he bought me in 2012. We got engaged in 2016. She was able to pull up the correct receipt and sent my ring back for another try. This woman went above and beyond and we will be calling today to give her a sincere compliment. By the way, the promise ring fits again.”
“The gentlemen running the customer service dept lastnight (Dec 21st, Sunday) was one of the best staff I have come across. He was super busy but let us know he would get to us. He was very kind and professional and helped me with a gift card situation I had. It was tricky to figure out but he was patient and solved our issue even with a big line behind me.
