“Had a laser cut new style car key cut. Bring your own blanks and they may be able to cut it and program it. $20 to cut only, additional $50 to program. Call ahead to find out if they can. Way cheaper than the stealership.”

“Harbor Freight is a staple as far as hardware tools and supplies go. The target market is usually on the lower end of things - often people that won't give the tools tons of non-stop daily abuse. Generally speaking, you get what you pay for but if you only need to use a tool a few times - it doesn't always make sense to pay top dollar. They have a discount club with yearly memberships available that have occasional discounts and benefits. Their app has some good info but the in-store inventory data seems to be often out of sync with the actual inventory. If you need something specific, it might be smart to call and check to see if it's actually in stock”

“Absolutely love this place. Barry is super helpful and willing to help however he can. On the rare occasion they don't have what I need, they order it and have it within a few days. The customer service is top notch and I've never left disappointed.”

“They had the part we needed for our outdoor wood furnace and also for our indoor furnace. We've shopped here for parts several different times and are thankful to be able to find the parts we need locally.”

“We were there on 7/6/25, and the workers are amazing there. A worker named Micah I believe, of what I can see, was an excellent worker. he helped my grandfather and I find the correct sandpaper, and he was very patient with us!”

“They have limited inventory so it's kind of hit or miss. Still, when you're in a pinch it's nice to have a hardware store in downtown Kutztown. Thankful they're there. Also: I've seen some commenters mention employee rudeness. That's hit or miss too. Some of the employees are quite kind while others barely say a word or just stare at you. It's kind of weird but I wouldn't take it too personally. Happy to have a hardware store on Main Street.”

“Good hardware store for garden anf farm supplies like small stone and mulch. Split rail fence is a good price. Also sells wood pellets and stores them for you, which is cool. The country boy brand is the best wood pellet brand I have tried, and they carry it. Nice people, too.”

“I read the prior reviews and was very disappointed. Contacted the manufacturer of Baldwin with no help for my problem. Then contacted the Baldwin Brass Center and eventually ended up speaking with Ovi Moldovan who was very helpful in solving my problem with a door lock by Baldwin that we purchased from Compleat Baldwin. I would highly recommend purchasing from Compleat if you want good service afterwards. FYI my son is an executive with a major construction company and he recommended Baldwin hardware for our entire house and orders from Compleat.”

“I really like this Lowes. It is a clean, well stocked home improvement/hardware store.
4 stars just because no registers were open. Only self check out it was a Thursday evening. However, there was plenty of staff. A nice associate rang me up at the return desk. I personally am not a fan of self check out.”
