“A few weeks ago, my wife’s car was sprayed with a massive amount of driveway resurfacer. It was nearly impossible to remove and took me several days to get the majority of it off, but it left stains in the paint and on the glass EVERYWHERE. Local body shop recommended Auto Appearance and they did an incredible job. Frankly, having spent 3 days working to get it out on my own, my hopes were very low, but the guys got everything out. The owner took prob 30min with me trying out different solvents so that he could get an accurate estimate and set accurate expectations. When I went to pick it up, the guys that worked on it were definitely proud of the results and all the hard work they put to get the car looking like new. They walked me around the car and told me what they did and what worked how much care they took with the car.This place is great and I’m taking my other cars back after summer. “I have had a monthly membership here for over 2 years now, and I have to say, it is the BEST membership that I have had for these two years. I wash my car at least 2 times per week, and every-time it comes out sparkling clean. They wash, and dry it perfect. They definately lose money with me. If I were to take my car without the membership it would be at least 19.00 per wash. I pay 38.00 each month and can go as many times as I want or need to within that month. A very good value. They aren't the friendliest, but they do their job and I highly recommend this car wash.”

“Excellent work! The mini-detail was worth every penny. I was told the work would take ~30 min., but took over 1.5 hours. I didn't have immediate plans, so the wait wasn't a big deal considering how well the car was cleaned. When I walked up to see the finished product, one of them was trying their damndest to get tar off my fender! And he did. “I always appreciate a Technician who goes the extra mile. I went in for an oil change and a free car wash on a recommendation from a friend. The technician not only completed the oil change but noticed two areas that needed immediate attention. My car had been idling high, running hard and sucking gas like a new born baby being breast fed. Given the fact that the car made an uncomfortable noise I went with one of the two additional recommendations and the sound was gone. The other recommendation given was not addressed at Wash N Lube because that work was done at another shop and apparantly not well. Since it is still under warranty I'm taking it back to get it done right. I definitely love a mecganux/technician who goes the extra mile. By the way the car wash was impeccable. I will be back at Upper Darby WashNLube.”
“I got an interior detailing service. Vacuumed well but left a removable stain on the seat and dashboard. Left a whole soapy droplet mess on all interior windows, including front windshield. You can see your car get washed thru their in store glass window option. I also love the store having all you need for your car, such as floor mats, air freshners, and windshield wipers. It's like a mini mart for you and your car. They also have an oil change service that includes a free wash, too.”
