“I have written reviews in the past, but this is an extra special, long overdue review. United Tire in Willow Grove PA deserves TEN STARS!! I have had almost all of my cars repaired here for years and years; way back to the early 1980s (a couple of owners ago). Chuck, Dave, Travis, John, Tony and all of the mechanics are great. Being a female, it is scary to bring your car to a mechanic. These guys were always respectful, extremely knowledgeable, kind, soft spoken, explained everything to me---and competent etc. My cars were always repaired correctly the first time; but if there was a time to get double-checked, they always welcomed and accommodated me. A year and a half ago-2022, I needed to start leasing, per my sister's suggestion; getting older and didn't want to have to worry anymore about repairs. “My family has been using Greg for 20 years. I have always been happy with his service from both sides of the shop. His customer service as well as his mechanic abilities are impeccable. This last service was exemplary... During an inspection he found an exhaust leak in the front pipe. Instead of replacing the pipe and charging me $2,000, he did some research and found the pipe was under warranty. I had not received a letter from Subaru with this information. I then called Subaru to confirm the recall and yes it was valid. Subaru repaired the car for free. Greg is one honest guy and I would refer him to anyone and everyone.”

“Very quick service. I showed up 1 hr 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday and there was almost no wait time. There was a vehicle who pulled in right before me and got his oil changed I presume because it only took about 5 minutes and I was pulling in. Got my oil changed and my radiator flushed and I was there no more than 20 minutes. Atleast 6-8 workers with 3 lanes. Me and my daughter went over the different systems of the human body while we sat in the car and they worked on it. My daughter is 5 and she wasn’t freaked out at all while they surrounded the car and worked lol. Mid level oil change for an older Lincoln Towncar was like $56. 8qts of oil.Definitely go here. ??”

“I always appreciate a Technician who goes the extra mile. I went in for an oil change and a free car wash on a recommendation from a friend. The technician not only completed the oil change but noticed two areas that needed immediate attention. My car had been idling high, running hard and sucking gas like a new born baby being breast fed. Given the fact that the car made an uncomfortable noise I went with one of the two additional recommendations and the sound was gone. The other recommendation given was not addressed at Wash N Lube because that work was done at another shop and apparantly not well. Since it is still under warranty I'm taking it back to get it done right. I definitely love a mecganux/technician who goes the extra mile. By the way the car wash was impeccable. I will be back at Upper Darby WashNLube.”
