“I visited this place (out of fluke-near by to my car incident) about two hours after their business hours due to a sudden rear flat tire issue. I spoke with the owner (mostly), who was working late alone, and asked if he could fix my car tire. He not only offered his help immediately but also extended service by checking the tire first, whether it could be fixed by doing a puncture fix, and later also suggested a reasonably priced replacement, as it was needed due to a bulging cut on the inner sidewall.

Most importantly, he treated me with utmost dignity and honesty, demonstrating excellent customer service despite being closed, and helped me get home with a running car without being forced to be stranded my car overnight at an unknown place on the side of the road.”

“Ed took care of my tire situation same day. I'd had a puncture the day before and AAA had put on my donut spare. Ed showed me my tire had a screw in it and wasn't repairable. New tire was selected and installed. Thanks Ed”

“Absolutely amazing customer service. I called today as a first time customer to have my car picked up from a local shop and taken to the dealership. They were prompt, professional and made it such an easy process for it being my first time needing my car towed. Highly recommend!”

“I came here after an extremely frustrating experience with Firestone. I pulled right into a spot and didn’t have to leave my car. It was super easy and so fast (less than 15 minutes) my only issue was it seemed a bit pricy. I paid $112 for an oil change. Granted, I did request synthetic oil so maybe that bumped the price up a bit? But I’ve never had to pay that much for an oil change. But the convenience of not needing an appointment and not having someone else drive or touch the inside of my car, as well as how fast it all happened it felt pretty worth it. Will definitely be returning even with the price. (Maybe I would have liked to know how much it was going to cost before they changed it.) But I’m not a car person so that could be normal and I’m just unaware.”
