“Ms. Despina x-ray tech at first caught me off guard because she expresses herself very much in a kind way. She’s humorous, friendly, caring, and acts as if she has known a patient for years. Lillian the receptionist has excellent customer service skills and is very friendly and professional. Dr Yu was very friendly and caring as well.”

“Scheduling online was easy. Great communication through email and texts for appointment reminders. Checked in from my car and only waited 2 minutes. Check in to check out took 20 minutes. Staff was nice and efficient. Do your part by bringing your paperwork and showing up early and this will be a wonderful experience.”

“It is always tidy, the service is prompt, and your phlebotomists are the BEST at getting a vein in my not-ideal arms the first time.
(The few times I have gotten faint or dizzy I have been treated so kindly too. Not the case everywhere.)”

“We took my 1 year old son here for his blood work. The only reason for loosing a star was they called my son's name from the 3rd computer and when I went to the window the reception said with attitude to come to the 3rd desk. I was unaware I was to let myself in the door. The lady was very nice once we sat down.
The phlebotomists that took my son's blood deserve more than 10 stars! We started with one who took her time with him, felt multiple times for his veins, used the warmers to help. She called in another woman to help and together they were able to get my son's blood quickly. They were so gentle and kind to him and explained everything to me.”

“It seems like other people had issues at this location, but my experience was great. It was convenient to make an appointment online and sign in using the kiosk upon arrival. When I arrived from my appointment, I found that my doctors office hadn’t called in the paperwork. The lady at the reception desk patiently waited while I called my doctors office and got the orders sent over. The nurse who drew my blood did a great job. It was very quick, easy and painless. All in all I was in and out of the office within about 20 minutes.”

“I just had blood drawn by Miss Charly and I cannot even find the words to express how grateful I am to have met her today! I went there straight from my Drs office and walked in without an appointment. I signed in on the kiosk and Charly was checking in other people at the front desk and she was so pleasant and welcoming to all. She was cracking me up too. I read the reviews before I walked in the office, and I admit I was nervous about going there, but I am so glad I did. I was in, and would have been out in less than 10 minutes, but I broke down crying (I'm 35 weeks pregnant and scared to death) and Charly just hugged me and helped me through it. Thank you Charly for the free therapy session (LoL) and for being a wonderful human being, you REALLY made a difference in my life and I will never forget that. God put me in that office today for a reason (other than blood work ?) and I'm beyond thankful for that! Don't believe the negative reviews, give this LabCorp a chance and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.”

The woman at the facility was very professional and answered all our questions. Got the court approved results in the mail quickly and the woman at the facility even hooked us up with online results. “They got me in and out very fast. My appt was at 11:45 I went in around 11:24 and they seen me in a good timely manner. Check in was easy, the woman who drew my blood was very nice and good at drawing blood. People usually have problems drawing my blood, she did it with ease. Quick. Easy, and painless.”

“I cannot praise the LabCorp in Fort Washington enough for their exceptional service! Today, I visited this location with my 3-year-old for routine lab work, and despite not having an appointment, we were accommodated immediately around 11:15 am as walk-ins. The staff's hospitality was unparalleled; they were incredibly patient and kind to my little one, who tends to be quite dramatic during doctor's appointments.
From the moment we walked in, the team made us feel at ease. Their professionalism and gentle approach ensured my child felt comfortable and secure throughout the process. The way they handled everything with such care and attention was truly commendable.
My husband and I were initially worried about how our son would react, but the LabCorp staff did an outstanding job of making sure he was well taken care of. Their warm demeanor and expertise turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one.

“I would give 10 stars if I could. I came as a walk in at 8:15 am on a Friday morning. I was seen within 5 minutes. The phlebotomist was amazing! She was very friendly and skilled. I can be a difficult draw. She got it on one try with no digging and it was painless. I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. The whole encounter from sign in to leaving was 20 minutes. Excellent job!”
