“I totally recommend going to ez phone repair in Narberth. It feels a whole lot different. I have been going to ez phone repair since it first opened in 2016. Idan and sori are nicest people ever. Most cell phone repair shops do not care about you and more about the money. While with idan and sori it feels totally opposite. They care about you more than money. “I came into the Verizon store to purchase a USB cord to plug into my car and phone. I have been having trouble connecting the phone to the car and kept losing connection. Dominic was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he direct me in the right direction, he took the time to come out to my car and help me to hook up and get connected. “Staff are friendly and informative. Went for cracked screen on samsung phone thinking it would take 15-20 minutes according to impression on site. Owner informed me Samsungs take about 2 hours or more depending on how busy they are. They did a great job fixing it but would have like to know that info before wasting time driving half hour there and back because I didn't have that kind of time. Husband took it the next day”

“I can’t say enough about Dave at the Verizon store. He went above and beyond trying to set up a new account for my teenager. We had a very rough time trying to switch the number from a previous carrier because the other carrier was horrific to work with. Dave worked with us to get the number to work and transfer and even came in the next day to help us. He was calm the whole time even when my teen was not calm! He has the patience of a saint! Everyone at the store goes above and beyond.”
