“Pedro was fantastic! I walked into Verizon with a Galaxy S22 shaped brick, and he got me set up with a new Pixel 10 Pro XL quickly and painlessly.
He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process as smooth as possible. He answered all my questions, got everything activated and working, and successfully guided me through the death of my previous phone, all while I was in Philly on vacation!
The Pixel is great, my old Galaxy is free to dramatically limp toward retirement, and I left very happy with the experience. Give Pedro a raise, a trophy, or at minimum a really good snack. 10/10, I would have a phone emergency with Pedro again.”

“Absolute lifesavers!
My iPhone 15 Pro was completely bricked (grayed-out Wi-Fi and stuck on an endless loading screen). Every shop I called in South Philly told me it was a dead motherboard and not worth repairing. They told me to go to this spot in Upper Darby instead.
I dropped it off, and they had it fixed in just one day. It turned out to be a deep iOS software issue, and they only charged me $20! Incredible honesty and amazing service. Don't waste your time anywhere else—go here first!”
“5 stars for this location! My screen to my phone went black and stopped working suddenly, and it made me sooo anxious. But the staff here especially Mu, I believe his name was, eased all of my worries and hooked me up with a brand new phone! He was super patient, kind and knowledgeable. Not only did he assist me with setting up my new phone, he looked into all deals and promotions available at the time for me. It was wonderful and seamless experience!”

“I can’t say enough about Dave at the Verizon store. He went above and beyond trying to set up a new account for my teenager. We had a very rough time trying to switch the number from a previous carrier because the other carrier was horrific to work with. Dave worked with us to get the number to work and transfer and even came in the next day to help us. He was calm the whole time even when my teen was not calm! He has the patience of a saint! Everyone at the store goes above and beyond.”
