“My battery warning light came on and was told at Autozone that my battery was good but most likely needed a new alternator. I called Jim’s and were able fit me in right away. I came first thing just before our winter vacation for them to look at it. Jim’s figured out that the connectors were loose. It was a Christmas miracle! To my surprise, within under an hour of THEIR time, they fastened it and told me that I did not even have to pay. Jim’s service and kindness, especially around this holiday season made my day. “My brand new Honda accord hybrid was struck at the train station in a hit and run incident. Luckily, police caught the person and we were able to utilize their insurance. Through their insurance I opted to use O’Neil Collision as I have driven by their location hundreds of times. They’ve been in business a long time and I figured they must be doing something right. Also the persons insurance uses Oneils as an in network facility.
The entire process was made much easier by Oneils. They took care of all the required insurance issues through All State. They took care of the rental car reservation etc as they use enterprise in warminster consistently. I had to do almost nothing. Brought the car in for them to inspect it and we set a date for a couple weeks later. They had said it would take 5-7 days to complete the repairs to the car.
The day came and dropped the car off. The rental company was there within minutes and took me to get the rental. My car was done in exactly five days as they promised. Came to pick up the car, the car looks as if it was never damaged. Not to mention they washed, waxed the entire body, made the tires and rims shine. They also cleaned my entire interior and detailed the car. I was shocked they went this above and beyond for me without me even asking.
Everyone was nice, helpful, pleasant and downright professional. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you Oneils for taking care of me. Hopefully I don’t need to utilize any body shop for a long time but if I do, it will be Oneils!”
