I will never try switching again just to save some money bc it took 2 days and 7 hours of phone calls in order to get an account back with Verizon. I so appreciate their help and patience!!!”

“What can I say but this store looks to be on the up and up as my wife and I made the mistake of switching to a competitor and were desperate to come back after 8 months. We came in there asking all kinds of questions and they had a couple options. We even asked about home internet and Anna and Louis both had lots of information to help us make the best decision for our unique situation. Anna stayed late the next day to get our phones ported and if all goes well I will post a follow up when our reimbursement comes in and first couple bill cycles. Some hoops to jump through, but it all seems worth it.”
