My old phone was defective which made it a problem doing that but Luis the manager took care of it, mission accomplished. He is an expert at what he does a true professional. Along with being patient and knowledgeable he was very personable, making him a great representative for att and that store. Thank you Luis”
“Walmart has everything you need under one roof for the best price on the market. It blows my mind to see all the negative reviews. People just love to complain. I've been coming to this location regularly since they opened and never had a problem with anything. The one tip I would have is try not to go at peak hours when it's super busy. You might have a hard time getting a cart and/or finding certain items you're looking for. Before the pandemic I would always go late at night.”
“Eli was a great associate who was able to help me get a new phone, when my current one would reset every five minutes. Despite the trouble, the annoyance of it resetting, Eli was patient and kind and was able to get me a brand spanking new phone. From an iPhone 13 that didn’t work and would reset, to a brand new iPhone 17 pro max. Couldn’t be happier. Everyone who gave a poor review of this store clearly didn’t get Eli as their associate.”

“Michael was incredibly kind and patient with me today. I was having an off day, had my toddler with me, and was trying to purchase a new phone when my card declined several times. While this women seemed frustrated cus she was waiting on Michael after he told her a 20 min wait, Michael never rushed me or made me feel uncomfortable. He was supportive, and helped me work through the issue until the transaction went through.
Michael had to go to lunch and introduced me to Felix they both reminded me of something important. Shoutout to Apple for these incredible men.

“Nice store staff nice . But really busy store heads up say 45mins just for me to be seen about a contract for new phones . There offer wasn't much better then my at&t account so I stayed with at&t . At&t has best service in my area mobile isn't the greatest service in my home area.”
