“I worked with Jarrad Sterling Constantino today and he was absolutely amazing! Jarrad was extremely helpful with upgrading my phone and getting me signed up for Fios for my new internet provider. Jarrad explained everything carefully, found me so many deals and ways to save on everything. He was very knowledgeable about the products and how easy it was to switch to my new setup. Jarrad is a really great guy and made sure transferring everything correctly was done before I was ready to leave. Give Jarrad a raise!!”

“This Cricket location is by far the best in the business. I have dealt with other service providers like Verizon, however the service Cricket provides is exceptional. The prices are reasonable & the customer service I receive ALWAYS exceeds my expectations. This location on W Allen St though will always be my go to for in person customer service. The ladies there are very kind, nice, & informative. I have never had a bad experience at this location & I always leave feeling that they went above & beyond my expectations. I would personally like to give recognition to Jessica, who is always the one who has helped me. Also Tee & Holly, who has also been there to welcome me & make me feel like a part of the Cricket Family. Last but not least, Gary the GM was there during 1 of my visits & even he stepped in to go above & beyond to help me out because my son had broken his phone & he could see the importance that was needed in replacing his phone. They helped my son get a new phone & also stay within my budget to do so. I am forever grateful for the outstanding customer service that this particular location always provides every time I walk in the door. “ABSOLUTE 5 STARS for Rocky at the AT&T store on Lehigh Street at South Mall, who saved the day for us after meeting with very unhelpful staff at another location in another county of PA. Rocky spent a very generous amount of time actually HELPING us sort out a very challenging issue trying to port my seriously ill, elderly mother's number over to a competing carrier with whom I have maintained a very long-time account. Just trying to make her life and my life as easy to maintain as possible during these difficult times. Well...without the help of Rocky, this would not have been possible. Mother had a simple pre-paid account that AT&T corporate could care less about, and trying to port that number was a painful task. Of course, the first retail location was only interested in selling, NOT helping - and they actually told us that point-blank. Thanx to Rocky, I was able to get the number transferred to my carrier account that same day. Cannot thank you enough, Rocky. GREAT experience. As far as AT&T goes, however, unfortunately, that corporate pig gets zero stars. Tried countless times over three days to reach a human at customer support, to absolutely no avail. Terrible support at best, without visiting a retail location, and then you have to be lucky enough to find the right place for actual help. If you're an AT&T customer, need help, and are relatively close to this store, I highly recommend visiting. You MAY need to be patient depending on whether or how many customers are ahead of you, but there's plenty of seating to relax and wait. No reason to get agitated about the wait - which only demonstrates that the staff HERE spend as much time with a customer as needed, without the customer feeling they were rushed out the door prematurely. Waiting is a GOOD sign, NOT something to moan about. Remember – you’re one of those customers too.”
“My wife was checking out and the cashier forgot to hand her one of the bags. She returned home and noticed she was missing it. I called the next morning and spoke with Dez, one of the managers. Right from the start, she was asking all of the right questions to see if they can locate the bag. After being on hold a few times, they couldn't locate it. And the products in the bag weren't cheap. All skin care products. They said they would get more people involved and would contact me with an update. After 20 minutes, they called back and found it. Dez, from the beginning, did everything right. They were soft spoken, kind, understanding, thoughtful, and had great people skills. They could have easily said " sorry, we couldn't find it" and left it at that. To me, they went above and beyond. It's comforting to know there are employees that do more than just the bare minimum.Thank you again, Dez, for all your help! I can't th”
“Great experience when transferring from Verizon to TMobile! Store Manager Sah was training an associate as well as helping several customers at the same time as well as answering all of my questions before I decided to make the switch. Sah was transparent with me from the beginning and answered all my questions about switching over and any promotions/rebates I'd qualify for. I really appreciated the upfront transparency with what my new bill would be, and the fact she explained how all the credits work. We were unable to port my phones over due to Verizon closing, however; came back the next day and had the pleasure of having Carlos assist me whom was just as helpful! Answered any new questions I had, helped me port my phones over, and sign up for all the Tmobile benefits. Thanks again! Definitely happy with my new service so far compared to being a Verizon customer for 5 years, this is lightyears ahead for customer service & service so far!”

“I broke the screen on my phone. When we went in Chris was extremely helpful and looked for the best deal for me to get a new phone. He was patient and respectful s well as fun to work with. The process took longer than expected (through no fault of Chris) and he kept apologizing for the wait and thanking me for my patience. He even gave me a bottle of water! He kept me posted on the process throughout. The other man there, Brian, was great as well.”
