“Wilder Perez is the golden standard of customer service. I had a close friend recommend Wilder to me to help with a simple question regarding my cell phone bill. Little did I know, a few weeks later I would be contacting him asking if there was anything he could do as my phone number was compromised. Wilder not only took my phone call, but remained with me for over 2 hours on the phone while I worked with other Verizon support staff to resolve my issue. He did this all in the evening, on his own time while at home. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, reassurance, and knowledge to help me through a very stressful situation. I will never try switching again just to save some money bc it took 2 days and 7 hours of phone calls in order to get an account back with Verizon. I so appreciate their help and patience!!!”

“My wife & I just left AT&T Tilghman and Jonathan assisted us in transferring our iPhone 11 & 14 to a 16e. He also saved us nearly $200 on packaging WiFi and TV. What a wonderful experience. Mind You, Yoan Was Still Learning and He Fixed The Problem For Me. I Would Suggest Him To Anyone. There Are Some Things I’m Skeptical About As In They Won’t Give A Receipt and The I Wasn’t Told About The Insurance Of The Phone Until After I Purchased. Just Be Careful .”
