“Came into the mobile on MacArthur rd with a question about my account. A gentleman by the name of Christiab Helped us. He answered our questions so we'll we would up doing an upgrade with him. He went over everything in full detail and transferred everything I thought I was going to loose. He went above and beyond and even gave us his personal number and told us we can reach out to him anytime. No other rep has given us attention like this. “I’m regretful that I didn’t think to get the names of the two employees who assisted me but I have had consecutive awesome encounters at this location recently, both in purchasing a new iPhone (quickest, most painless experience with this process in my 25ish years of cellphone purchasing—everyone knows how tedious switching over can be) and in turning in my old one today, 2 weeks later after I’d ensured all my passwords, etc were working properly on the new one. That employee was able to honor a birthday coupon I’d received from AT&T despite the computer failing to recognize it. Both employees were friendly, relaxed and clearly understood the value of my time. This will be my go-to location from now on!”

“My wife was checking out and the cashier forgot to hand her one of the bags. She returned home and noticed she was missing it. I called the next morning and spoke with Dez, one of the managers. Right from the start, she was asking all of the right questions to see if they can locate the bag. After being on hold a few times, they couldn't locate it. And the products in the bag weren't cheap. All skin care products. They said they would get more people involved and would contact me with an update. After 20 minutes, they called back and found it. Dez, from the beginning, did everything right. They were soft spoken, kind, understanding, thoughtful, and had great people skills. They could have easily said " sorry, we couldn't find it" and left it at that. To me, they went above and beyond. “I broke the screen on my phone. When we went in Chris was extremely helpful and looked for the best deal for me to get a new phone. He was patient and respectful s well as fun to work with. The process took longer than expected (through no fault of Chris) and he kept apologizing for the wait and thanking me for my patience. He even gave me a bottle of water! Tony assisted me almost immediately , he was very knowledgeable about the product and easily answered my questions as I was double checking what I had read on the Internet. “Store manager Joe, csr’s Dani, Eddie, & Joehnis are an absolute amazing team! I visited the store first on 11/2 to learn about and see what promotions T-Mobile had to offer. I was greeted by Dani & Eddie and they were absolutely incredible.
