“I came to Norm’s after a failed install upgrade I attempted. Slightly frantic as I couldn’t even get it to power back on. (Maybe we are too attached to these things, eh?) They were very helpful and patient and fixed it all right up, without an appointment, I just showed up with the computer. Norm not only got it all straightened out -- and at an extremely fair price -- he was helpful in setting me up to avoid this in the future.
Highly recommended. In this day and age of declining customer service from knowledgeable folk, it always should be noted when you find an oasis of people who can still do it right.

My cell phone was in the car and everyone absolutely was there to help by using the store phone and another one suggested if I had onstar .
