“This is one of my favorite stores for casual clothes. Sometimes colder weather clothes also. I stopped in looking for a new pair of runners ( tennis shoe ) and ended up finding some wonderful Under Armor shirts at a great price. I looked around a bit and was pleased that they are well stocked. I recommend shopping here for your children's back to school clothes and backpacks they look to have a good selection.”
“The people at member services and returns are always friendly and helpful. The cashiers are hit or miss, some are efficient and cordial and some seem annoyed to ring you up.
The products are usually a great deal, but lately I’ve run into a few issues where items are missing or are used and sold as new.
The Zevo blue light bug traps were in a multipack of two wall units with traps, plus 4 refills, but someone had stolen the 4 refills when I opened the package at home.
I bought a gourmia air fryer a few months ago as a home warming gift. When they opened it months later, it was streaked and full of crumbs. I’m not sure if a bad actor used it and returned it or if Costco doesn’t inspect returns before pulling items back on the shelves.
On the plus side, they had large house plants a few weeks ago and mine didn’t do well. I was able to return it without hassle.”

“We were returning a tv this morning and thought we had all the paperwork, but they needed some code that we didn’t have. Did not get their names but the 2 women working there went above and beyond to find the number. They were excellent. One was working at customer service and called her supervisor to help. Best customer service we’ve received.”

“I love my Ross' Dresses for less! They only hire the nicest people to work hear...,, was greeted the moment we walked in and i'mmeditely felt right at home. Was on the hunt for some spooky decore for Halloween (it is my favorite holiday ) but JIMMINEY CHRISTMAS SANta must have came early! I have never in my 63 years have found an ethinic nut crackers he was so beautiful I had to bring him home with me and ad him to my collection. My husband Randy said "hey Barb! Were do you think your going to put a nutcracker that big?' I said "bend over and I'll show ya!" Oh boy, we just love Clark Griswolds Christmas vacation movie.., almost as much as I love my new nut cracker from Ross'! I even buckled him in on the drive home. Safety First! I would have to say Christmas is my second fav holiday .. me and Jesus do share a birthday afterall!Wish we had known the back store fitting room we're closed before I hoofed it all the way back to the back of store ..... oh well i gotta get my steps in somehow ! Was blessed to be able to find myself a stunning new blouse and my granson Bennett a dress shirt for a wedding well be attending during this weekend. Overall very clean floors accept near the cash register station but there friendly employees make the trip fullfilling !”

“TJMaxx, Marshalls,& home goods (I have to throw Ross dress for less in this fab category even though their not sister stores w/the TJMaxx co) are hands down better than going anywhere else...THAT INCLUDES GOODWILL...ESPECIALLY FOR CLOTHING! Every time I go to GOODWILL I think omg who would pay almost $10 for pants that a person worn for yrs when I can go to any of the stores listed above and get BRAND NEW DESIGNER PANTS FOR $8 on clearance (sometimes $6 if it is yellow sticker clearance). Even their full price clothing is a deal! The only time I go to goodwill is for old furniture if need be. TJMaxx also has beautiful furniture and it definitely is way less than getting it anywhere else new...so ty to these stores for having not only great choices on clothes, shoes, furniture, but also makeup &toiletries!”

I stopped in for cosmetics and he was one of very few employees working today. He is typically working in the fragrance section near (Kate Spade and Chanel).
When he was called to assist me, that was the best thing the other passing employee did for me.
He went to work and took his time to help me find a product I needed. He even provided some tips of the trade he learned along the way from his previous job experiences; helping me to make some selections backed by science that could potentially improve the outcomes I was seeking for the future.

“Recently had a wonderful experience ordering a customized wing chair from this location. Mr. Michael Sausman showed me the different options, available fabrics, provided fabric swatches to take home, and, ultimately, completed my order at the best possible price. He went above and beyond to make furniture shopping easy. The chair was delivered a month earlier than expected and the delivery folks were right on time within the delivery window. Friendly, too! It seems well built and there are no scuffs or marks on the velvet from delivery. Thanks!”
“We were riding the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) and decided to grab pizza (not the best biking food). They have a bike lock up outside, so bring a lock, no bikes in the store. The food court area is very tight, I totally understand why they didn't allow bikes.”
