“Ok so was quick to give a bad review about my experience at a different AT&T store, the 778 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA, which was so horrible this past Sunday. Now this AT&T store, which is actually closer to me, was a completely different experience. A representative named Jordan at this store was actually pleasant and helpful, unlike the people at 778 W. Sproul Rd. who are there to try to take advantage of you with purposefully deceptive sale practices. He was able to help us undo and correct the nightmare that 778 Sproul Rd. had created for us. Jordan and another rep there, a female who I wish I remembered her name, were extremely knowledgeable and understanding. They restored our faith in AT&T as a business and our service provider. “Marc was great work with. I hate getting new phones but he was very helpful and made the process really easy. I accidentally deleted all of my text messages the following day and he helped me restore them. I watched him interact with some older customers as well and he was very patient and kind to them through their phone issues. Highly recommend this location and Marc in particular.”
