“I had the best experience at the Verizon store in Berwyn PA thanks to Charlie. We have recently switched to YouTube FIOS from regular cable and the learning curve is rough. We had some issues trying to figure out how to set it up. The original rep who sold us the plan was fine/just ok …but Charlie’s customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us with the set up. I can’t thank him enough for explaining everything, being patient and taking the time to help us. “This store has at least two great employees, Gabby and Liz. I met Gabby at the Phoenixville store where she was filling in. She listened to what I needed, explained her situation, called the West Chester Store and then directed me to Liz in West Chester.
Liz expected my arrival. She patiently spent at least an hour with me. Liz called Metro's Customer Service and all of the other departments they directed her to. She explained to each department what the issue was. She thought of various ways to try to resolve the issue.
Liz showed excellent Customer Service. She did not expect me to try to solve the problem on my own. She did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. She did more than was expected.”

“Ok so was quick to give a bad review about my experience at a different AT&T store, the 778 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield, PA, which was so horrible this past Sunday. Now this AT&T store, which is actually closer to me, was a completely different experience. A representative named Jordan at this store was actually pleasant and helpful, unlike the people at 778 W. Sproul Rd. who are there to try to take advantage of you with purposefully deceptive sale practices. He was able to help us undo and correct the nightmare that 778 Sproul Rd. had created for us. Jordan and another rep there, a female who I wish I remembered her name, were extremely knowledgeable and understanding. They restored our faith in AT&T as a business and our service provider. Thank you so much to Jordan he provided excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations. We will be doing all of our business there in the future!”
“What started out as a pleasant experience turned out to be a nightmare. We had to go to the Experience store in KOP to have the mess cleaned up that began at the Malvern location.
We went in to begin a new service with T Mobile and ended up with charges and security deposits that never needed to be charged. We also weren’t told majority of the information that the employee should have informed us on before making the switch. Instead, he was just worried about getting the new account for his benefit and not the customer.
We should have known when we walked in to this location and the employee said, “I have to be honest with you, we don’t usually get anyone in this store.”
Luckily we had a MUCH better experience at the King of Prussia experience store and they were able to get everything situated.
Alex and Wil (KOP) went above and beyond to make sure our time with them was nothing like what we had experienced in Malvern and were beyond helpful and knowledgeable with the product that they promote.”
