“I’ve been a customer for over 4 years, both oil and propane. Have yet to be unhappy with this company. The service at Xpress is excellent, in every area. Service techs, propane tech, fuel delivery and office personnel are always pleasant to work with! Very special thank you to Nancy in the office for dropping off space heaters after hours, when my propane install unexpectedly ran into a second day. To Rob, for putting in the extra time and effort to get my job done. And to the techs, for doing the little ‘extras’ they didn’t have to do. Everyone even remembered my birthday!! Honestly, you just don’t find service like that anymore. 100% highly recommend Xpress Energy.”

“A power surge completely destroyed our heat pump and we wereunknowingly on emergency heat for a month until we got a $900+ electric bill! After reviewing several options , we chose a new heat pump with propane backup. The heat pump was installed in days but we still needed backup to make the system serviceable. Great Valley Propane responded very quickly with a new tank and temporary connections within 2 days. After a week living with inside temperatures of 45-50 we really appreciated the service and attention we got from Great Valley to bring our house to a livable temperature. Chatting with their installer, I was impressed with the patience and detail he shared to explain everything I didn't know about propane use. High marks for all aspects of this operationk!”
