“I can' t rave enough about Greg and his shop. They always find a way to make room to get me in. Greg always goes above and beyond. He does not bullshit you and is honest. He really does his best to keep costs affordable without compromising his work. I send my son there as well. I was really stressed out about my car trouble amd the costs but Greg did his magic (as usual) and even remedied a couple things that was above what I initially could invest in just out of kindness. He runs a great shop. I recommend him for all your vehicle needs (or toubles). He and his team (the main guy under him is also honest and a great guy) will take care of you. “My family and I just recently moved to the area, and needed to find a local mechanic after my transmission went out on my classic square body Chevy. I perform all the maintenance on my vehicles, but I know my limitations - and transmission work is one of them. It is hard to find a good mechanic these days, but Dave proved me that he’s one of the good.….no, GREAT mechanics. I knew that my transmission was smoked, and Dave discovered that it was worse than I originally determined. He walked me through the entire process, explained to me the culprits of its failure, and educated me on how to properly maintain the transmission moving forward (given the truck is 40 years old). But best of all, Dave was honest. His explanation of the work completed was very detailed and concise. His work is exceptional, and the truck drives like a dream - not even realizing that the overdrive NEVER worked since I acquired the truck 5 years ago, but it does now! Dave is one hell of a guy, and a great mechanic. He certainly has earned my business. I can’t thank him enough! If you’re looking for a honest and straight up excellent mechanic, Dave is your guy!”

“Haines Sunoco has serviced my family cars for over thirty years. Now that I’m relocating out of the area it has occurred to me that I never posted a positive review for one of my favorite vendors. The strength of Haines Sunoco is their honesty and skills for maintaining many different vehicles. They do not sell service because they don’t have to. The excellent service is what keeps them busy. Long-term customers like me return even with new cars still under warranty. Why? The quality of their routine maintenance is beyond compare and when they cannot do a job, they always tell you what needs to be done. I have learned over time that it can be very helpful getting my car pre-diagnosed by Haines before taking it to a “stealer-ship” and being needlessly upsold when they are not satisfied by merely performing the warranty work. Over the years I have steered friends and family to Haines with grateful returns from all those referred. Haines Sunoco is a community asset that our family has cherished”

“We just picked our car up today from hitting a deer. The work exceeded our expectations! Not only did the exterior look amazing, but the inside hasn’t looked this clean in a long time. It was completed within a week, & they even cleaned our wheel wells, which had paint from road work months ago. The customer service was also A+. Very friendly, personable & professional.”

“Now I know why these guys have 5-star reviews! My Honda Pilot was making a squeaky noise for over a year, and the local dealership couldn't figure it out.
I took the car to these guys, and they were able to fix the problem! It took a few tries, but they were incredibly persistent and found the issue. They even let me take the car for a few days to make sure the noise was gone, and I didn't pay for the service until I was completely happy. I'm so glad the noise is gone!

“My tire split/blew out just down the road from J&H. I'm not familiar with the area (I'm a social worker and was coming from a client's house), but I was able to drive the short distance to J&H. Josh came out quickly, put on my spare, explained what had happened to my tire, advised me on what kind to buy next, and reassured me that I'd be okay driving home on the spare. He didn’t charge me, and when I tried to give him cash to thank him, he wouldn’t accept it.
