“I had such a good experience with this shop! I originally took my car to Bob Fisher for a patch that was needed on the inner wall of a tire. They inspected it and told me it was unable to be fixed and that I would need to spend $500 on two new tires…. My grandfather used to work on cars and told me ahead of time that my tread was fine and all I needed was a patch.
We called Bradley’s and they advised me to bring it in ASAP. I went in two days later first thing in the morning. They patched it up in under 45 mins (if that) for $26! The staff was very friendly, quick, and didn’t mention needing new tires anytime soon. I will be back for any tire issues in the future!”

“My family and I just recently moved to the area, and needed to find a local mechanic after my transmission went out on my classic square body Chevy. I perform all the maintenance on my vehicles, but I know my limitations - and transmission work is one of them. It is hard to find a good mechanic these days, but Dave proved me that he’s one of the good.….no, GREAT mechanics. I knew that my transmission was smoked, and Dave discovered that it was worse than I originally determined. He walked me through the entire process, explained to me the culprits of its failure, and educated me on how to properly maintain the transmission moving forward (given the truck is 40 years old). But best of all, Dave was honest. His explanation of the work completed was very detailed and concise. His work is exceptional, and the truck drives like a dream - not even realizing that the overdrive NEVER worked since I acquired the truck 5 years ago, but it does now! Dave is one hell of a guy, and a great mechanic. He certainly has earned my business. I can’t thank him enough! If you’re looking for a honest and straight up excellent mechanic, Dave is your guy!”

The strength of Haines Sunoco is their honesty and skills for maintaining many different vehicles. They do not sell service because they don’t have to. The excellent service is what keeps them busy. Long-term customers like me return even with new cars still under warranty. Why? The quality of their routine maintenance is beyond compare and when they cannot do a job, they always tell you what needs to be done. I have learned over time that it can be very helpful getting my car pre-diagnosed by Haines before taking it to a “stealer-ship” and being needlessly upsold when they are not satisfied by merely performing the warranty work. “I usually visit the Exton location, but needed to get an oil change badly. Service was great as expected. I asked for a tire rotation but before they did the one guy (sorry I forgot your name) said he'd measure the tires to make sure I actually needed it. Turns out they were very even and didn't need rotated, just saved me 25 bucks. Refreshing to get solid customer service and not over charged for things I didn't need.”
“I manage a fleet of 90+ assets, I am a one man band in my shop setting. If I had to do all my work on our own fleet it would collapse. This brings me to Brant and his family/team. They are really amazing I never met such a honest up front guy. Not to mention such a honest fellow mechanic. I send every car, light truck, 80,000 pound trucks, even Equipment to Brant and his team as much as possible! His teams turn around rate on repairs is unmatchable! I’ve never once felt like he tried to upsell anything that wasn’t 100% necessary. If anything he has saved me A LOT of money on our fleet repairs and maintenance. His loyalty to customers is unspeakable. My fleet operations aren’t the only life time customers, All of our employees, my family car, my friend’s cars. I trust his work more than I trust my own.
