“I just want to start by saying that I can't rate them high enough. My Range rover got hit from behind, I brought it to Premier on a recommendation from someone I trust. From the moment I walked in their facility, I knew i was in the right place. I spoke with April, the owners wife, she could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable about the process. Once I got the estimate from the place my insurance company made me go to, I immediately brought it to Premier and they immediate went to work, they ordered all parts that day, and everyday I got a text update as to what phase my car was in. They told me to come by anytime I wanted, which I did every few days. They welcomed me in and showed me what was being done. When my car was finished, they detailed it inside and out. The car looked brand new. Whether you need work due to accident, or custom work done, go to Premier.”

The place needs some TLC, but it is in the works after changing the building up for the pizza joint to take the end unit. Don't write them off for first impression.”

“I went in the other day to get wiper blades. I got a lot of help getting the blades. When I went home to put them on, I couldn't figure out how to replace them. I drove back down to napa and Patrick was amazing! He came out and replaced the wipers for me. I tried giving him a tip and he refused to take it from me! I'm forever grateful for the help from Patrick! All the employees there are really nice and don't try to sell you something you don't need. The store is clean and well organized! Jamie G. is also another amazing employee I'd love to give a shout out to. Thank you to all of you for all of the help you've given me!!”

“I came today to get my trailer’s brake drum resurfaced. Bill and Daniel provided the best customer service. I live in Cranberry Twp and called the local store but they said they can’t help. Then I called this store and right away I was told if it is possible, they will do everything they can to help me. The store closes at 9 PM but Bill stayed until after 10 PM to get the job done. You don’t see this kind of customer service nowadays because most employees don’t care about taking care of the customers and all they care about is them getting paid. But I was amazed by Bill. I wish he gets rewarded for his hard work and people like Bill and Daniel are the reason I would definitely come back to this store. Thank you guys! I appreciate your help!”
