βHazleton is always my go to place when I need financial help. The girls at this office are exceptional. I donβt know all their names but they all should be rewarded. I recently moved to Texas and they made my transition great and answered all my questions.β
βBranch Hazleton is a convenient branch. Teller Maria V is a patient employee and really knows her stuff. Helped me and my Spanish speaking mom open accounts and is really informative. It helps that she is bilingual.β
βFinally, a bank in Hazleton that speaks more English than Spanish and they are quick, efficient and reliable. I was in and out in about 20 mins. As for when I went to PNC Bank or Community Bank, I was waiting there for about 20 mins and still never got seen. So this place seem to always be empty at times and they acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. So I highly recommend this Bank over any or all the other banks in Hazleton, PA.β

βTruly cannot say enough good about Cross Valley fcu but especially the mountain top location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, for as long as I can remember (probably about 15 years now) and the current manager Kristen is a CHAMP she is such a professional while also being very warm and friendly. Nothing feels overly stressful with Kristen, and cannot thank her enough for her time and energy. The mountain top branch will always be my go to for everything!!!β
βSasha Peguero is an All Star! Had a young man that needed a bank account in order to ship for the US Army. Everyone was very friendly and got everything accomplished! Thank you so much again!β

I love walking into my local bank and being greeted by the friendly faces especially ones who have been there since I first opened an account.β
βIt's a nice bank, I have one issue with the atm machine not depositing my money when I tried to make a deposit, but the money was deposited in my account a few days later after going into the bank and explaining the issue to one of the employees.β

βBest decision I ever made was to open an account with Woodforest. Besides the perks of having an account there, the employees are very polite, educated and truly engage in helping their customers. There is never an annoyed face when I go there and for me thatβs everything right there!β
