“Talk about stumbling upon a hidden treasure when it comes to this hardware store! I went in trying to get a key copied for my ride & they helped me out without any issue in a flash. The store is quite large & it is staffed with friendly employees who are quick to help you out with your needs. Price is remarkable too! It was so reasonable in price that I ended up getting 2 copies of the key I needed made. I'm 100% impressed with this business & I recommend that you check this place out for any future projects you may be working on or plan to start in the future. They will not disappoint, guaranteed. “You CANNOT beat the customer service and pricing!!! Yes, to be honest we looked around at (2) large lighting showrooms in our area, but SO glad we spoke with Nathan Witman at Denny's. We saved around $100-$125 over the big showroom stores, after the sale was complete and I was already happy with the price a couple days later Nathan called and said he forgot that the light manufacture was having a sale and wanted to let me know he forgot to include that 20% discount (HONESTY and INTEGRITY [does your other store have that]); WOW the price was even better. Fast delivery, they got my lights (2) to me within a week, delivered for FREE from Pottsville area to Exeter area. Put first light up, but wait there are no bulbs even though manufacture says they were packed (according to inventory list), I called Nathan and he said he would order them; then Nathan called right back "instead of making you wait on manufacture I will take bulbs from another in stock light so you can have immediately" (again delivered to my home). THANK YOU Nathan, the lights are up (two Quoizel Ribbon lights) and look AMAZING!!! I will always make this store my go to store for purchases.”

“This HD location has one of the most helpful, and friendly staff, of any HD that I've shopped in. Begining with them directing me to correct isle, to the employee stopping by to help loading the mower onto my cart, he then met me at checkout, to follow me out, to help load it into my vehicle”
“Went there to purchase a new American Flag. The staff directed me to where it was but I couldn't find it. One of the staff took me back to where they were suppose to be. But they were all sold off the rack. But they did find one for me back at the register. Very helpful and accommodating. ??”
“On May 31 2024 I purchased 4 x 8 sheets of plywood from Home Depot in Pottsville PA. A black young employee assisted me and loaded my cart and pickup truck with these sheets. My 76 year old memory forgot his name. He is a huge asset to this store and hope more employees should follow his attitude, and assist the elderly. Thank you young man for helping me.”

“Bought a Harman pellet stove a year ago in 2022. They gentleman in their showroom was polite, knowledgable, and professional. Their installers were the same way, as well as being prompt, quick, and clean. They get bonus points for not minding my dog being an attention hound. The stove is amazing quality too, and their showroom is stunning. Im addition to that, they have a great amount of product selection. I will always recommend them.”
