I’ve been going to Bria for years, and after trying out other gyms, I realized there’s no place like this! It truly has everything—HIIT classes, yoga, Pilates, and more. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff and members make it feel like home. Everyone is so friendly and supportive, which keeps me motivated. Since rejoining for the year, I’ve already lost a few pounds since the beginning of January! If you’re looking for a gym that has it all, Bria is the place to be. Highly recommend!”

I’ve been doing CrossFit at this gym for about a year and a half, and it’s the best fitness experience I’ve ever had. The coaches—Josh, Kenny, Kelli, and Noah—are outstanding. They’re knowledgeable and ensure that workouts are challenging yet safe, adjusting them to any fitness level, so you never feel it’s overwhelming or unsafe. Josh, the owner, could easily compete in CrossFit competitions, so he knows what he’s doing.
What I love most is the structure of each class that lasts one hour. You start with a warm-up, move into strength training, and finish with a metcon (high intensity workout lasting 10-30 minutes typically). This setup, along with the fun and supportive community, keeps me motivated. The people here are welcoming, and while we push ourselves, the competition is always friendly, never toxic.
One of the best parts? You’ll start seeing results quickly. Within the first month, you’ll notice yourself getting stronger. By the end of the first three months, you’ll start to look different. And within a year, your body will undergo a real transformation.
Before joining, I could never stick to a workout routine on my own. But with this gym, I haven’t missed a workout except when I’m sick or out of town. I started at 3 days a week and now I’m shifting to 5 days a week. It’s something I genuinely look forward to every day. They offer a range of class times, both in the morning and evening, making it easy to fit into any schedule.
If you’re thinking about trying CrossFit, I highly recommend scheduling a trial workout. When I started, they offered three free workouts—just fill out a waiver form and you’re set. This gym has something for everyone, whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your limits - no matter your age. Hope to meet you there!”

“I joined OTF a little over a year ago. I love that each class is different, that the workout is proscribed, and I have a tool to monitor my heart rate and progress. I also appreciate the flexibility of being able to go to more than one studio because I live but don’t work in the Yardley-Newtown area. “Over the past month, I had 4 sessions with fitness trainer Michael Katz. After a thorough assessment of my strength, balance, and fitness level, Michael proceeded to teach me what I can do to improve in those areas. On our 3rd session he met me at the gym in my 55+ community. There he showed me how to best use the weights and equipment available to me. He set up a program that I can follow, and provided me with a fitness binder that includes pictures and descriptions of the many exercises I can perform using weights, machines, or just my body. Together we found the right amount of weight that is safe for me to use while building my strength. These sessions and the knowledge Michael provided has empowered me to feel confident in the gym and confident that I can improve my strength, balance , and fitness level. Michael is extremely professional and kind. My safety was a priority for him at all times. I highly recommend Michael Katz to help you reach your fitness goals.”
“Amazing place to train! Freindly, clean, and full of every piece of equipment you could ask for. They have a large excercise studio where they hold classes, rows of cardio machines, and top-of-the-line resistance training machines. In addition to a sizeable free-weight section, my favorite part about this gym is the seperate room where they have a large rack system for squats, pull-ups, etc. and a weighted sled you can push/pull the length of the room. The locker rooms are always kept immaculate and the saunas are brand new. The owner is always accessible and a REALLY cool guy! Highly recommend.”

“Truth be told I was at the McDonalds nearby, my GPS pinged me Here, and asked for a review. So here it is. Everyone coming in and out looked very fit, and very happy. I was also happy as I Crushed a Big Mac, soda, and some tendies with barbecue sauce in my car: before even making it out of the parking lot. None of the fit people seemed to care or judge me for this automotive culinary fiasco. Perhaps they crushed their workout with equal passion and zeal; so there was an unspoken bond? Only time will tell.I did want to say- Thank you fit friends for not judging the scene as it was quite gruesome.From the fit friends? I learned that it's ok to be happy for different reasons, and that even if our happiness has us on different paths? Be happy for the other person because those paths may cross.
