“Was recommended to Cross Fit from a friend of mine. I found the CROSS FIT T1 in willow grove near my home and decided to give it a try. The best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Was a little nervous, haven’t been to the gym since 2010. At T1 I felt very welcome since the first day, amazing team of coaches that help and guide you through the process. Even the members are very helpful and friendly, after being a member for couple of weeks feels like i been there for years. Best thing, I already can see a differences on my body and can’t wait for the next day class. Wish I started earlier but it’s never too late. Highly recommended

“Kanna Fitness is an outright awesome fitness center! The gym, its coaches, and members make this place the most welcoming, seasoned, and structured workout facility I could ever imagine. I’m not a gym rat, never have been, but I always valued exercise to stay healthy. I’ve tried small fitness centers in recent years, as I get older, but dislike having to plan workouts and the mundaneness of the routines. I trialed a small gym before coming to Kanna, but it was too expensive with small group personal training and did not have the same sense of community. Kanna’s price structure is very fair and the coaches are great. It is well worth the price and benefits of having community motivation to obtain functional fitness for life. GO FOR IT!”

I’ve been going to Bria for years, and after trying out other gyms, I realized there’s no place like this! It truly has everything—HIIT classes, yoga, Pilates, and more. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff and members make it feel like home. Everyone is so friendly and supportive, which keeps me motivated. Since rejoining for the year, I’ve already lost a few pounds since the beginning of January! If you’re looking for a gym that has it all, Bria is the place to be. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing place to train! Freindly, clean, and full of every piece of equipment you could ask for. They have a large excercise studio where they hold classes, rows of cardio machines, and top-of-the-line resistance training machines. In addition to a sizeable free-weight section, my favorite part about this gym is the seperate room where they have a large rack system for squats, pull-ups, etc. and a weighted sled you can push/pull the length of the room. The locker rooms are always kept immaculate and the saunas are brand new. The owner is always accessible and a REALLY cool guy! Highly recommend.”

After a thorough assessment of my strength, balance, and fitness level, Michael proceeded to teach me what I can do to improve in those areas. On our 3rd session he met me at the gym in my 55+ community. There he showed me how to best use the weights and equipment available to me. He set up a program that I can follow, and provided me with a fitness binder that includes pictures and descriptions of the many exercises I can perform using weights, machines, or just my body. Together we found the right amount of weight that is safe for me to use while building my strength. These sessions and the knowledge Michael provided has empowered me to feel confident in the gym and confident that I can improve my strength, balance , and fitness level. Michael is extremely professional and kind. My safety was a priority for him at all times. I highly recommend Michael Katz to help you reach your fitness goals.”

“I've been going to MXL for a few months now and it's a great gym with a very welcoming community.
Tim, Julie, Henry, and Rick at least who have coached the workout classes I've been in thus far are extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I've been struggling mentally and especially physically post knee surgery since before I joined and they have been very supportive enabling me to still get a full workout in even if I'm still often unable to do a lot of the exercises.
Highly encourage anyone looking to get into fitness or back in to give them a go. Also if you need a physical therapist, Gearup, also phenomenal can be found right when you walk in.”

“I transferred to OTF Doylestown in March 2024 and it was such a great decision! The staff is super friendly and the location manager, Lauren, is very polite and professional. The front desk staff is also amazing, always answering questions and knowing everyone on a first-name basis. The coaches are very motivating, take the time to check in on each member during workouts, and always accommodate to those that need help/have an injury. Don't even get me started on the playlists, they pick great music to work out to!
