They have had some really disgusting customers come in, one man the other night was yelling at the employees telling them they were retards and stupid, he was drunk, but that not the point. Did anything happen to him? No. Turkey Hill did nothing to him, blew it off because he was drunk. No one should treat people the way he did. I felt sorry for the young boy and girl working. Then to hear that one of the employees that has been there for years that I really like, that goes out of her way to help people, is moving on and no longer works there. Turkey Hill needs to treat their employees better. I gave you 5 stars for the employees not for corporate.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
