“These guys went above and beyond for us on an exceptionally hot day as we were traveling from Lancaster to West Virginia! We pulled into their shop at 5pm with a 26 ft travel trailer with a tire that had a leaky high pressure valve stem. This was the third shop we had stopped at with the others not wanting to help us. Service advisor Ethan and tech Adam took charge of the situation, got the part, and had us back on the road headed home in 45 minutes! Thank you guys so much! We highly recommend them!!”

“This is so much more than just a truck shop. The level of customer service was amazing. They have a child area with books, toys and coloring books. Every employee took the time to listen to my 7 year old when he happily wanted to talk to them about our recent vacation. They offered us a homemade lunch for free and also had delicious homemade cookies and local honey available. My toddler enjoyed their small museum and relaxing in their lounge.
These are good, honest people here and I'm really blown away. Plus they got the same job done for 25% less than I was quoted at a different shop. Really great!”

They recommend any extra maintenance but don't make you feel bad if you don't do what's recommended when it comes to what's done at a certain milage. Didn't even know they even had loaner cars if you need more than what you came in for til I needed one myself.
Added bonus, the people at the front desk are amazing, sweet and very helpful to people who know nothing about cars and what they need.”
“I wanted to drop a review for this wonderful company. I needed a dash cam installed. They were able to coordinate one of their vendors to come and do the job for me at their establishment. From the start of the correspondence to set up the job with Logan, right through to the job being completed couldn't have gone better. The staff there are so polite, friendly and respectful. As I waited for the job to get done I witnessed their interactions with customers and also fellow employees, and all I can say is what a pleasant and refreshing experience to sit there and listen to the staff being so respectful and polite. Wendy and Patrick, along with the installer - Chris were very professional and courteous. They all made me feel like I was an old friend. Chris did a great job on the installation. If I ever need the other services they offer I will not hesitate to bring my work there. I highly recommend this Christian-based establishment. Thank you! 🙂”
“Im a little late making this review but back in June I was looking at places to get an inspection for my car. It was last minute since I was moving out of state and I forgot to schedule way ahead of time. Well calling all the places around they weren’t available and if they “were” they were charging a ridiculous amount ($80-100). I called this place it being my last hope. The manager (I believe) got me in right away, did my inspection, charged me a reasonable price ($40) and helped me out a ton. Without that I wouldn’t have been able to move out of state when I did. I told him I’d write a review but since I have a memory of a goldfish here we are a couple months later. He was kind, respectful, cooperative, considerate, and trustworthy! If I had stayed longer in this state any of my car needs would’ve been immediately been taken care of by this place. Just by that alone showed me alot about their team and who they are! If you have any needs, definitely get your car fixed here!”

“I love Kyle, he always lets me know exactly what I absolutely need for inspections. He also does a thorough check though to inform me of anything he sees that might need work in the future. He never tries to upsell me and keeps his pricing fair. I also appreciate when he gives me a detailed explanation of what a part does and why it's important because I'm a computer guy, not a car guy, but he makes it make sense enough for me to understand how imperative things are. I absolutely recommend K&J.”
“Don is the absolute best at what he does, and always a pleasure to work with. No matter what the problem is; he fixes it, does a great job and charges are always just and fair. “This is the best place to take any vehicle. Between my wife and I we have 9 vehicles and we take every single one here. Mr. Jim Zehill has been honest and trustworthy every single time I come in. He has always been most accommodating to me and my wife and has provided answers to all our questions. Never once had we ever had to come back for a repair. The shop is always clean and everyone is always professional. The two top technicians-Alex and Jason really know everything about vehicles inside and out. I would absolutely recommend this location for all car repairs to anyone!!!”
“Never been let down here. The work is always done in a timely manner, and there has been an instance in the past where I was told at a different location that a part on my car would need to be replaced and would probably cost a $1,000. Only reason I was at the different shop to begin with was because I waited very last minute for my oil change and couldn’t get an oil change here right away. My father suspected they may be telling the truth but advised getting a second opinion. So after I got my oil change finished I took my car back here at my usual spot because I trust them…They basically laughed at the photo of the “damage” to the part that they wanted to replace, and reassured me that I had nothing to worry about. It’s been years since then and that part hasn’t magically combusted my engine like they said it would😂Lol point being that this place had an opportunity to take advantage of my trust and make a decent amount of money but chose honesty instead. Haven’t forgotten since so anytime they tell me that something needs to be fixed I trust that 1000%

“This is the third time I've use Precision Tune Auto Care for new tires on one of my vehicles. I purchased my tires from a third party vendor who partners with Precision Tune for installation. Other than the initial set up of the appointment with that vendor, I worked directly with Precision Tune who were able to get me in as soon as my tires were delivered (almost 7 full days ahead of my scheduled appointment). Not only did they get my car in for tires super quick, but by the time I got home they were calling me to say they were done. No matter who has worked the desk when I arrived they were always super friendly and professional. I don't see any reason to use a different business. With as much driving as I do, I will definitely be back in the not too distant future.”
