Very friendly staff and the housekeepers are amazing. My almost 4 year old slept on the pullout couch and when we got back her bed was made and they tucked in her doll babies.

Went for a school trip, 15 kids and 3 adults. The staff were extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay, even the smaller size pool was nice.
