“This particular store in Gettysburg is probably the best outlet experience i've ever had. The quality of the product is great; the discounts are a true value, not just shaving a bit off the price. The store is clean and well-organized; it's not just a bunch of racks with odd and mixmatched stuff. But above all else, the staff are always professional, friendly, and helpful. Never seen any of the behaviors you encounter in similar places like staff ignoring you, being rude, talking on their phones - none of that. They are the key to the whole experience. i'm kind of a regular and always stop in on the way to town, so i've had plenty of chances to catch them in a bad moment - and it just hasn't happened. Hats off to the crew!”

“Decent selection of shoes for the family. I feel a little over priced especially inside an Outlet Center. Hard to spend the money in some of the shoes when there is an Adidas outlet and an Under Armor. We did but some crocs for the granddaughter at a great price so its not all bad. I will certainly visit them again.”

“Great atmosphere. It smells fantastic! I walked in looking for socks but they had a great sale on sandals. They’re so comfortable it feels like walking on a cloud! I love that it’s a full service shoes store, there aren’t many of those anymore. It’s got a nostalgic feel for sure. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend anyone in Gettysburg stop by. They have something for everyone!”
